RideNow Powersports Chandler ATV

Went in for a keychain and came out with two brand new bikes. Aiden and Sage were a great team! Aiden helped me beginning to end. We came in 30min til closing and Aiden chose to help us regardless of that tight margin. He was willing to take the time to show us all the cool features of what would be me and my wife’s street bikes without shortcutting due to time. Throughout the process he answered all of my questions (there were a ton) and if there was anything he didn’t know he went straight to someone that would. Never guess work, always facts. I had kept them past normal hours 2 days in a row and they were still willing to give me 100% even though I was taking away from their personal time. The entire team that was there from Salses persons, to mechanics, and parts/gear specialists were very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. We were able to negotiate and I believe that everyone was happy with the terms at the end of the day. Amazing team, Ill only go back to this bike dealer. Aiden better get a raise

First off this store is awesome. We found a preowned dirt bike that interested us and before making a two hour drive had the pleasure of speaking with Sam C. She went above and beyond to go take us personal pictures and videos of the bike to make sure what we saw online was in fact what we would be looking at. When we got there she greeted us and had someone there ready to help us with any questions and then the purchasing. Being in the sales industry like them it was nice to have a no pressure experience (since so many are high pressure, and the sales guys were great). We may have been there 2-3 hours till we were driving away with a gorgeous new bike. Gotta love a good experience. Thanks Sam and crew

The Chandler location was great. They had a huge selection to choose from regardless of what you’re in the market for. We walked the entire showroom just checking everything out. I was there to purchase another motorcycle and worked with Kaden. He was the best, stayed with us throughout the entire purchase. He was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. I’m very pleased with my experience, I’ll definitely buy from here again!

My experience was great at RideNow Powersports Chandler. I was in the market for a new dirt bike. The GM took the time and informed me on their newest lineups and offers. The process was smooth and I decided on a new Honda CRF450r. My experience was so good that my friend came and bought a bike with me the same day. I worked with several people at RideNow for the purchase of my 2019 Indian Chieftain. Nate was my salesman, between him, Bree and Tuesday my experience was great. I was coming from out of state and they worked with me on holding the bike until I was able to get there. I will be back for any future purchases
