Ronnie Rockie went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just rush through the sale — he genuinely made sure I understood everything. He carefully explained all the features of my new CR-V and even helped me move all of my belongings from my old car into the new one. That level of care meant a lot. The process felt transparent, respectful, and smooth. I appreciated that the team worked with me and made sure the numbers were clear. I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the past 50+ years, but my recent purchase from Right Honda by far surpassed all others. From the GM down, including Chris, my salesperson and Tyler in finance, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. There were no high pressure sales tactics employed at any stage in the buying process. The price was more than fair and the overall service I received, from sales to the service department was top-notch. I LOVE my new Accord and I will never again shop anywhere else for an automobile!

As a first time car owner Chris Pak made this a very easy and great experience, he was super patient and knowledgeable with my questions and concerns. I came from out of state and prior to coming Johnathan my dealer helped me in ensuring my journey there would be worth it, he worked on finances options with me was very responsive to calls and text. Jake my financing manager was very professional and went over all documentation with me so I knew what I was signing and how it worked, answered all my questions and even redid some of the options to give me exactly what I wanted.
