Back in May 2024, I was searching for a GR Supra with a manual transmission and other details. I must have personally went into 6-7 dealerships and spoke to countless number of salespeople and managers. No one really took me seriously, which was strange to me. But it is what it is. Eventually one day, Allison took my call over the phone and gave her a full breakdown of what I wanted, specs, pricing, everything. She started hunting down the car I wanted, working with sister dealerships as well. She called me back about a week later to tell me she found one in production that she could get for me. We had a few days of back and forth and she eventually got me everything I wanted. That being said, I was really having to scratch and claw at other dealerships with other reps and Allison made the process so enjoyable and made me feel valued. Fast forward 10 weeks, the car came in, I went and picked it up, all the paperwork was done beforehand so the pick up process was a breeze. Love the GR Supra and had a fantastic experience. I included the original pick up photo with Allison from 8/2024 as well as how the Supra sits now in 12/2025. TLDR: You can't go wrong doing business here, it's a high volume dealership and they want to create relationships so you return back when you're back on the market for another car, I highly recommend Allison as well.

Jackson Skogebo was such an amazing human being and blessing to me and my wife. He didn’t care about just selling us a car, he wanted us to like it and feel like champions. So far workmanship is fine - communication is the issue. Brought in ‘23 Highlander for tailgate not closing and have recalls addressed. Vehicle was purchased elsewhere with about 35k miles. Arrived and checked in at 730 - no issues all employees courteous. Decided to wait at dealership and work from there. At 130 I went to check on status as I hadn’t heard anything at all - no call, text, email, or I’m person. Learned fix is complete waiting on payment from warrant company should be about 30 more minutes - they’d come find me with updates. 230 get a call still waiting will let me know when payment is received. I leave at 3. I’m not upset about the time it’s the complete lack of communication. Never once was I told what the issue was or where they were at in the process. I had to initiate the conversation which shouldn’t have happened. Not my first Toyota live the vehicles - customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
