Excellent roofers. Clean, neat and thorough. The office on the other hand is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. We signed a contract and it took a week to get on their schedule 6 weeks out. Then 4 days of rain and wind got us bumped out 2 weeks (10 work days)?? Day 1 they were a no show. Emails from Amber were vague and they stopped once I wanted an answer about the start date. They finally started 3 days later and I addressed the start date with the roofing manager. He said he had 3-4 more clients just as unhappy as I was.He did not do the scheduling, the office did. The office told us they had to have access to our driveway to deliver supplies, so for 3 days first thing we did was move our cars to the street. On day 3 we were told they didn't need our driveway. Delays were waiting to pick up a repaired vehicle, changing vehicles (a lot of work) , not having enough material and can't find it anywhere to order it, Having to finish another small 1/2 day job. Being told by Kevin that they had a client that was demanding they finish their job before ours so they did so. We were in total shock! Our last day should have been that Friday but instead was a Saturday. A 3-4 day quote turned into 9 days from 11am - sunset. Sadly I am sure I have forgotten some things in this review Our poor dog had to be boarded for 11 days. While the workmanship was outstanding I would NEVER recommend this company. Yelp reviews give them 3.8

So glad I chose Right Way Roofing. The crew that worked on my roof were amazing! They were courteous, on time, and did a excellent job! From start to finish communication was outstanding. Jeff kept me informed throughout the project and was extremely helpful eplaining any changes and work progress. The work was completed in 2 days and my property was cleaned before they left. Can't say enough about the quality of the product used and the people that work for this company.

Right Way Roofing just finished our tile roof; took up all the tiles and old underlayment, replaced a few sheets of OSB, installed several roof vents, installed their 50 year underlayment and replaced the tiles - replacing any of the broken tiles. Also re-roofed the flat portion over the patio with their super thick insulated material and white overcoating. 3-day job. Can't say enough about their quality work. Extremely professional, fast but extreme attention to detail and delivering an outstanding product and result. Crew was incredible; professional, polite, non-stop hard working even in the 114 degree Tucson heat. Clean up every night was perfect. Couldn't be happier - from the original quote from John to the finished product supervised by Kevin, and the incredible crew. Thank you so much!
