RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS in Lake Havasu City Arizona. My recent experience with River Rat Motorsports was awesome. ANDREW in parts has been very informative and helpful since the first time i talked to him. Andrew helped me with a warranty claim on a new KRX1000 which was purchased elsewhere and there was no hesitation to get my problem solved. He was very helpful and with the KAWASAKI 6month warranty on the new unit we were able to get it handled in a very timely and easy manner. Im very thankful for them and had expressed my experience to JASON who has also been very professional and helpful. This place is the best, i would definitely recommend. Picked up my brand new YZ250! Excellent pricing saved major money compared to Phoenix dealers. Great service , bike was prepped by the time I got to the dealer after driving all the way from Phoenix. Quinn was excellent and had me in n out of the dealership in 30 minutes ! The service gentleman was great also! Easiest buying experience I’ve had for a vehicle.

Jason and his staff are amazing. I have been dealing with them for the last few years and they are always friendly and helpful. I have several bikes one I purchased from them and another that they maintain for me and they always go above and beyond.

My husband wanted to buy his first bike and we were really disappointed with the the pricing/service at some of the local dealers in the Phoenix area. I decided to check a little further away and came across this gem. I really don't know where to start -- River Rat Motorsports was amazing! The price on his brand new bike was literally thousands of dollars less than what we were quoted from a large chain dealer, and we secured an interest rate that was so low we thought there was a mistake! We worked with Jason, who was professional, knowledgeable, and responded to our endless emails so quickly. My husband naturally had a lot of questions about the bike itself and the purchasing process, but Jason was patient with us and so helpful! He even helped us load the bike onto our trailer. Even though we live 4 hours away from Havasu, our first time buying a motorcycle was a fun, memorable, and stress-free experience thanks to Jason and River Rat, and we would easily make the drive again if we are ever in need of another bike.
