I would very much like to compliment Brandon and George for their quick response to our urgent service requirement. We had an issue with our refrigerator while in the middle of our long distance trip from Colorado to Arizona for the winter. It’s in the mid-80s still in the east valley desert so this was a real show-stopper. We were recommended Robert Crist as part of our Priority RV plan and they really were the right choice! Brandon was extremely customer focused and explained the process to us clearly. He introduced us right then to the service manager, George, who inspected the refrigerator while we were there. We needed to test the unit that night, and by morning George had found and fixed the issue for a very reasonable fee. Brandon walked through the warranty process, and by 2pm we were on the road, less than 24 hours later. Hopefully, we won’t have many of these kinds of issues but if we need any service in the future, we will come back to Robert Crist. And when it comes time to trade up, our next RV will come from Robert Crist. We always buy based on customer service and this earned them an A+. Nice job guys!

I have purchased 4 RVs now. Most recently, I purchased an Outdoors RV from Robert Crist RV. This dealership is, by far, my best experience yet. Ryan, the sales manager, was very responsive to all my emails and inquiries. It was perhaps my easiest purchase experience for an RV yet. The service department too has been a pleasure to work with. Whereas another nationwide mega dealership was non-responsive or slow to respond, Rick, the service manager for Robert Crist, was incredibly responsive. Robert Crist did every repair/fix I requested before pickup, and had it ready exactly when he said he would. I really can’t recommend this dealership enough.

I’ve been taking our camper to Robert Chris RV for 5 years for service. I can’t say enough about the quality service We have received over the years. First Brandon the service Manager is amazing. He is honest and a straight shooter. He has always covered all the issues I have mentioned to him. Also George the Master Mechanic is a very qualified mechanic. Brandan and the crew at Robert Crist were amazing. I had some very difficult troubleshooting to be done on my dash electrical system and they worked through it to find a resolution. The updates directly from the Lead Tech was great . When they completed the job they washed the coach and had it ready when it was convenient for me. Great customer experience from this shop.
