We had a great experience from the sales person to all the back-and-forth conversations before we even got there had all the pricing settled. They went and picked up the car from another location for me so Josh and Raul in the sales department did a fantastic job. Manager has done extreme good follow up this morning making sure everything’s OK very pleased with our purchase at Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I love my car. It’s almost exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t get exactly what I wanted because they don’t make it. But I know if they did get it for me these guys were fantastic. I highly recommend them.

What a great Jeep Gladiator Rubicon buying experience we had at Larry H. Miller Jeep in Surprise, Arizona. Our sales representative Gabe Alvarado was straight forward with all pricing throughout the transaction. I was sent pictures of the breakdown of costs, to out the door price and interest rate and terms. We took the top off with help from Manny at the dealership locating the tools needed remove the roof. I worked with Raul at this dealership and also was considering a similar truck at another dealership. Made my wants and deal structure known to both but Larry Miller was quicker to get it moving. Really appreciate Raul educating me on options between a couple models on his lot. From there it was a matter of getting to the correct numbers - which is always a pain but part of the process. The rest of the team there put in a lot to run various financial scenarios and towards the end it was their transparency that sealed the deal for me. I was trading in a Tacoma lease early simply because it proved to be too small and I grew into needing more towing power than I had anticipated. Process went fairly smoothly and I had all my numbers before ever running the credit app - it helps to know where you stand on credit. Most of it was done via text and phone up until the final day where they needed to see my trade in person to justify a higher trade value. I got a deal that was where I needed it to be and the dealership still made money. A good negotiation is when everyone gives and gains. Loving the new Hurricane Warlock truck and the price/terms!
