I was sent pictures of the breakdown of costs, to out the door price and interest rate and terms. We took the top off with help from Manny at the dealership locating the tools needed remove the roof. I worked with Raul at this dealership and also was considering a similar truck at another dealership. Made my wants and deal structure known to both but Larry Miller was quicker to get it moving. Really appreciate Raul educating me on options between a couple models on his lot. From there it was a matter of getting to the correct numbers - which is always a pain but part of the process. The rest of the team there put in a lot to run various financial scenarios and towards the end it was their transparency that sealed the deal for me. I was trading in a Tacoma lease early simply because it proved to be too small and I grew into needing more towing power than I had anticipated. Process went fairly smoothly and I had all my numbers before ever running the credit app - it helps to know where you stand on credit. Most of it was done via text and phone up until the final day where they needed to see my trade in person to justify a higher trade value. I got a deal that was where I needed it to be and the dealership still made money. A good negotiation is when everyone gives and gains. Loving the new Hurricane Warlock truck and the price/terms!

We had a great experience with our salesperson Erik Melendez! He was honest, professional and extremely accommodating. It was truly the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. We met Erik while looking at a vehicle in the evening and never even had to go back. We did the rest from our phones at home :) Not only was the negotiating super easy but Erik delivered my car to my home washed and with a full tank of gas! I highly recommend this dealership. This was a very good experience. They were very friendly, not pushy in any way. I told them what I wanted for my trade and the gave me above what I asked and a very fair price.
