Very clean, organized, well run facility! Techs stay trained up at onsite classroom, large inventory.

Stopped in a few days ago was helped by Mo, she was very informative and knew what was needed to do the work I needed. Will definitely be back to get it done, is recommend my friends to speak to her for service repairs for sure, very helpful.

The worst experience I have had in 19 years with a shop. Poor communication,(bordline lying). My truck went in on Monday night near closing time, I went to the motel, late Tuesday still no word from them I called again only to find they hadn't even looked at it at all , wed sam story they have done the free 21 point inspection but still haven't put it in the shop to diagnose the issue I had it towed there for. Thursday they assured me I would be next in the line shop call at 12noon to be told they were working on my estimate and they would need to order parts that would be available untill the next week, I asked if the parts could be there sooner and they said if I paid for overnight they could have them the next day. Friday no parts sat no parts closed Sunday Monday no parts and excuse that the order had been cancelled by the supplier. Tuesday hoorays parts arrive. Tuesday evening they tell me all that left is drive test and quality check. Wed morn 9 am I arrive at shop still being told needs a drive test 11 am same story 1 pm same story with added info that I'm second in line meanwhile dispatch has had to give back the load the were going to have me haul. 3 pm I was informed the haven't had anybody there all day that could perform road test and asked if I would like to do my own road test. All have to do is pay my bill and I can do the road test. 4:30 pm I finally am handed the invoice so I can pay my bill. With all that being said you would think I had a major problem, and I did but the solution was two me wiring clips and a fuse less than 200 in parts on a 2500 repair bill Don't come to this shop unless you want to loose thousands in revenue and pay out the nose for an extended stay in a motel and the pay outrageous amount of labor

I had an amazing experience thanks to Josh and Moe. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly. Will highly recommend PHX location🤙🏽

This place is a fluckin joke, if you bring your truck in for repairs expect it to be at minimum a week, took them 3 days to even pull the truck in. Almost 2 weeks now and they still didn't fix things and keep saying they will let us know. If you're interested in having a warranty on your truck maybe try international or volvo cuz PETERBILT is the worst place to have your truck worked on!!!!! 🤣🤣 Just got a message they ordered the wrong part here over a week later and the correct part won't be in until Wednesday. Also claimed the check engine light is due to low DEF even though it comes on regardless of DEF level and never when it alerts for low DEF level, completely useless. Crazy to think i was out of work for 2 weeks, bring a load up to idaho, shut the truck off for 8 hours and when I start it back up BOOM check engine lights on. 2 weeks for a light, jug of def, and oil change.
