Soon as you walk in the door of check in. The smile CamelToe Jack. I so love her. She one of a kind. Laugh, talk, and does not meet any strangers. She just lovable in willing to go out the way to get your truck in the shop. Like I said the facility was very clean. The bathroom is nice with showers in them. Love that. Everyone there was nice to me. CamelToe Jack I love you and u really made my day with the smiles 😃

I was having a bad day till I pulled up and I saw these gorgeous blue steel eyes and a jawline that the gods would be proud of so that off top made me feel way better.. after a moment of eye contact which felt like eternity this is gorgeous young man who resembles Chris Hemsworth Thor Usher meet inside to start paperwork It was quick fast and painless Nina to say he made me feel special like I was the only one in the room that day it was amazing customer service now I know why they have JOSH in customer service I appreciate you, Jess and I hope one day our eyes will meet again 😂 and for anyone reading this, this is just a joke. It was amazing service. I appreciate it. You guys got me in and out

Moe and the techs do amazing work. Moe went above and beyond trying to get my truck out of there quickly, Including giving my Pete a jump because someone forgot to cut the batteries off after working on it (I have a heavy vampiric draw due to always on systems like my CB, fridge, wifi, and a few others). 10/10 service. Would recommend.

Very clean, organized, well run facility! Techs stay trained up at onsite classroom, large inventory.

The worst experience I have had in 19 years with a shop. Poor communication,(bordline lying). My truck went in on Monday night near closing time, I went to the motel, late Tuesday still no word from them I called again only to find they hadn't even looked at it at all , wed sam story they have done the free 21 point inspection but still haven't put it in the shop to diagnose the issue I had it towed there for. Thursday they assured me I would be next in the line shop call at 12noon to be told they were working on my estimate and they would need to order parts that would be available untill the next week, I asked if the parts could be there sooner and they said if I paid for overnight they could have them the next day. Friday no parts sat no parts closed Sunday Monday no parts and excuse that the order had been cancelled by the supplier. Tuesday hoorays parts arrive. Tuesday evening they tell me all that left is drive test and quality check. Wed morn 9 am I arrive at shop still being told needs a drive test 11 am same story 1 pm same story with added info that I'm second in line meanwhile dispatch has had to give back the load the were going to have me haul. 3 pm I was informed the haven't had anybody there all day that could perform road test and asked if I would like to do my own road test. All have to do is pay my bill and I can do the road test. 4:30 pm I finally am handed the invoice so I can pay my bill. With all that being said you would think I had a major problem, and I did but the solution was two me wiring clips and a fuse less than 200 in parts on a 2500 repair bill Don't come to this shop unless you want to loose thousands in revenue and pay out the nose for an extended stay in a motel and the pay outrageous amount of labor
