Lisa Murray, Associate Broker for Russ Lyon Southeby's in Fountain Hills, AZ. Said she could sell our vacant lot in the downtown area. Several other realtors over the past years have asked us to let them sell our 6,000 Sq. Ft. property with absolutely no success. We signed a contract with Lisa in Mid December 2025. With in a week we had a full price offer. The buyer has to wait till Mid February to do the deal. We waited, the deal closed without a single issue. When Lisa says she can do something.....believe her! She's excellent at what she does. Will use her again when we're ready to downsize our personal residence and move to a smaller home here in the Hills Stephen Jones

Review for Dean Mowry and Associates My family previously did business with Dean Mowry and his team years ago, so when it came time to sell my late father’s home, we decided to work with them again—expecting professionalism, local market knowledge, and advocacy on our behalf. Unfortunately, the experience this time was deeply disappointing. The home was listed below market value without any evident research or understanding of the local area. Throughout the process, there was a glaring lack of negotiation effort. They seemed to cave quickly to every demand from buyers, making unnecessary concessions and significantly discounting the price—costing our family both time and money. Rather than advocating for us as the sellers, it felt as if they were more interested in closing a quick deal with minimal effort. Their energy and engagement felt completely worn out, like they were going through the motions rather than truly working for us. It was a painful realization, especially during a difficult time for our family. While hindsight is 20/20, I would strongly caution others to evaluate whether this team is still capable of providing the level of service that home sellers deserve—especially in today’s competitive real estate environment.

If I could give this a negative star I would. This is the worst company to work with. Michelle Hodges is HORRIBLE. She was the listing agent of the house we bought. She was okay with leaving sewage soaked subfloors in our bathroom and asking to cover it up with new flooring. She lied to the title company about renters being in the house and then reduced the rent by HALF weeks prior to closing without notifying the buyer. She lied about HOA cost, parking spots and other details on the listing. She is scandalous, she will lie and do bare minimal just for a quick closing. This company does not care about people.

We unfortunately didn't have the white glove experience that Sotheby's prides themselves with with Lisa. During our sales pitch Lisa was very bullish on our home, critical of our prior agent, and outlined how she would shine in negotiating and bring our home to a smooth closing. Lisa accompanies all potential buyers to viewings which is comforting. Our one ask was to be notified that we be told when the showing finalized because we were working from home and sitting in a car with our dogs. Of the 8 showings that didn't happen on 2 occasions. Also, we quickly noticed details of viewings were jumbled with what we had been told previously (Mixing up buyers interested) or missing to give us details indicating she had a lot on her plate. On negotiations Lisa is for a quick sale (Churn and Burn)- recommending to simply split the baby to meet in the middle after the first offer. On inspection agree to everything even if it's peanut items that shouldn't be on a home inspection report. If we had followed Lisa's guidance it would have cost us 9K, thankfully we listened to our gut. We were listed 30+ per square below avg list price due to relocating for perspective. The biggest shortfall was once we had a signed contract. We were immediately deprioritized! Inspection times were taking incredibly long for handyman issues so much so we reached out to know if we had a deal any longer to Lisa. Once we did we had the signed BINSR back same day from the buyer. The final straw was a text from Lisa that the buyers wanted to accelerate the close one week. We were out of town but accommodated the change to please the buyers. We got a "confirmed" back from Lisa the next day. Later that day Lisa told us the lender couldn't meet the accelerated time. We had had it - we moved travel, flights, and house hunting. Lisa came back with a snide / I don't care remark of well you don't have a signed addendum and we can just move back to the original. Never admits fault, frequently hear "no" and no follow thru or attention to details. We asked that photos be deleted of our home for privacy but again, never done.
