Rustler's Rooste

Parking lot is huge. There's a longhorn by the door to see. Walked into a hallway to get to the host stand and a live band was playing. It was spacious. Walked over a bridge and took the slide down to our table. It was a quick, very fun, slide. We only came because I saw the had Rattlesnake on the menu. It was creepy at first, but delicious once you tried it. Our server was Craig and he was super informative about the dish. Also ordered the jalapeño Mac n cheese side and that was not dry at all. Cheesy and delicious! The food around us looked amazing, so I'm gonna have to go back and definitely try more! It was an interesting experience!

We stayed at the Arizona Grand Resort and took the shuttle to this restaurant and it was such a neat experience! The place is very unique, the staff are all very friendly, there’s a Long Horn greeting you at the entrance and a fun slide for the kids (or some adults) to skip the stairs. The food was okay, the brisket was a little too greasy and the salmon was NOT good but the mashed potatoes and the ribs tasted great and the plate sizes are huge! They also have a very cool cotton candy birthday to celebrate those having birthdays! The view is also pretty good and they had a band playing. Overall, we enjoyed it very much mainly because it’s very family friendly and it has a very unique decor.

Planned my mom’s surprise 60th birthday here on a Thursday and coordinated with Lisa who was very responsive. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and food which was barbecued on the grill outside. Here were my standouts: For Bea, Amy and Mayra… Amy and Mayra, the party coordinators, were incredible and such a huge help in getting my mom’s party together. They helped me gather the supplies I needed, checked in on me throughout the night, and Amy even reminded me to eat when I was running around nonstop. Amy especially helped ease my mind and calm me down when things felt overwhelming, which meant more than she knows. Their support, kindness, and teamwork made such a difference, and I’m so grateful for both of them for helping make the night a success. Bea was absolutely amazing all night. She was such a great waitress and truly went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and thoughtful, and she even helped coordinate the timing by letting me know when my mom was arriving so we could pull off the surprise perfectly. She made the entire night run smoothly and stress-free, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Bea, for being so on top of everything and making the night so special!

The best birthday experience we've ever had from a restaurant!! The service was spectacular!! With complimentary drinks, cotton candy, a magic show and a birthday package, it was such a memorable moment that my son will forever cherish. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and exciting night for us!! 100/100❤️ and that prime rib... 🤌*chefs kiss*.

An unforgettable experience at Rustler's Rooste. Tara our server and Tom the manager are Superstars! My recent visit to Rustlers Rooste was absolutely outstanding, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we stepped in the atmosphere was welcoming with a live steer named "Horney/Boots" and the band playing country music was fun and friendly. There is even a tin slide for the kids to slide down on and for the Outlaws to make a quick getaway. The food was delicious and abundant. The portions are so generous, basically old school huge Cowboy plates. Let's just say it is enough to satisfy a true Cowboy that's been out on the range working hard all day. Since it's Saturday and I didn't really work that hard today, I will be taking home three bags of food for my teenage boys to eat when we get home. We will probably have enough food for 3 days. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered, which was prepared perfectly and served promptly. However, what truly elevated our experience from great to exceptional was the incredible service we received. Our server, Tara, was simply amazing, she had this contagious smile on her face the whole night and was super friendly. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering fantastic recommendations. Tara’s professionalism and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for and truly enhanced our dining experience. She’s a true asset to Rustlers Roost! We also had the pleasure of interacting with the General Manager, Tom, who was equally great. He was visible on the floor, engaging with guests, and clearly dedicated to ensuring everyone had a wonderful time. It’s always impressive to see a manager so hands on and invested in the guest experience. Tom’s presence certainly contributed to the positive vibe of the restaurant. Rustlers Rooste is a fantastic spot, and with a team like Tara and Tom leading the way, it’s clear they prioritize excellent service alongside great food. We’ll definitely be back soon!
