Can't believe how careless the tech who replaced our windshield was. Sweat stains left on center console, grease grime left all around driver area, seat, side panels. Never gonna go in this location again. They have to teach their workers to respect the cleanliness of their customers property.

I gave safelite a 1 star only because the system doesn't allow for no stars...I scheduled safelite to replace my windshield and about one week later it was again cracked...I do not drive my car much as I have a company/work truck...The car was never driven and it had cracked on its own in my driveway...They accepted to replace it under warranty the first time but the same thing happened again and now they are saying something hit it and I would have to create a new claim...I am 100% confident nothing hit the windshield...The car sat in my driveway and when I got in it it was again cracked...I will never use safelite again and make sure others dont either...I will also add that the tech lady that came out had mentioned that the windshield was not installed correctly...The wrong clips had been used...The tech took pictures that were sent to the decision makers but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything...Not happy!

Quick, professional experience, Briayan went above and beyond, putting new 3M double sided tape on my sun shade window brackets so I could re install them once the window cured. Otherwise, I was going to have to try to get replacement brackets from sun shade manufacturer. I'm a repeat customer, always happy with service!

They did an amazing job of replacing the windshield on my 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier LS. When I went to them, my windshield was worn from years and years, had a chip in it, and the seal around the windshield was falling out causing leaks to occur above me as I went through the drive thru car wash. Now the window is so clear I can barely tell there is anything there from the inside, and the seal looks so much more stable and new. And the staff there had it finished in no time. It wasn't even an hout from the time I dropped it off to the time that I picked it up. And the staff there was so nice and made me feel so welcomed! I definitely would go back to them for any sort of replacement I needed in the future for any future vehicle or (God-forbid) this vehicle even. I got the premium windshield replacement which cost me $281.18 after the $90 off promotion they had along with a $45 off coupon I had found both applied to the transaction that I applied online when scheduling my appointment. That was a really good deal compared to what it could have been considering I got a new windshield, wiper blades, and rain resistant treatment to the window. Not to mention the lifetime guarantee warranty.
