Safelite AutoGlass Phoenix

Safelite has always been my go to for windshield replacement, their service is excellent and you would be surprised at how affordable replaceing a windshield can be out of pocket. They replaced the windshield in my 1977 C10 pickup when I couldn't get the windshield delivered from the parts house without being broken. The service was fast, I scheduled my replacement on Monday and had a new windshield on Wednesday evening. I have always been happy with the service from Safelite.

Our Safelite technician, Nathan, was prompt, polite, and did a great job. He spelled out every detail of the replacement of our windshield and the recalibration. He finished when he said he would, and came to the door to give us instruction on when the tape could come off and when we could drive the car. The inside of our car was tidy and clean, as well! He did a fantastic job :)

The Safelite technician Enrique was excellent and provided excellent service when replacing my windshield. He kept me informed on the time it would take and when the job was finished, explaining how long it would before I should remove the tape. He also saved my window decals for me as requested so I could reapply them again. I would use their service again and recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

Booked appointment over the internet - was impressed by the ease of booking an appointment that was convenient for us at a time we were days out from traveling cross country. Technicians were extremely professional and timely. All around great service experience.

Yesterday, I decided to take my 1983 Lincoln Continental Mark VI Emilio Pucci coupe out for a cruise through northwest Phoenix. Normally, I avoid the interstate and stick to surface streets to reduce the risk of road hazards, but my schedule left me no choice. Sure enough, on the return trip, a rock kicked up by a vehicle ahead struck my windshield. In Phoenix’s heat, even a small chip can quickly spread and compromise the entire glass, and finding a replacement windshield for this particular model is no easy task. I drove straight home, parked the car safely in the garage, and scheduled a mobile appointment with Safelite. Today, their technician arrived right on time. Within 30 minutes, the chip was stabilized and the windshield looked great again. The tech was professional, friendly, and walked me through the process.
