I did windshield replacement for my sienna here. Positive things about this place is the brand, warranty, online scheduling, nice big waiting area and the window tint is very cost effective here. Yes they do window tint in this place! Cons - Quaiity of work is highly questionable! I don’t think they have a quality check to ensure the job is well done, first time when my windshield was replaced it was cracked right out of their workshop , they didn’t notice or didn’t bother to inform. Upon reporting without any hassle they booked next appointment under warranty no cost to me but I need make time on my weekend wait for two hours and stuff. Few Checkpoints you need to verify for you: 1. Check there is absolutely no cracks, pay attention to this. 2. Check if they have calibrated your LiDAR, mine was off and I have to get it corrected. 3. Check if they replaced the wiper if you have paid for it, very likely they will miss it ! 4. Check the surrounding rubber beadings are properly adhesived, mine was dangling freely and was causing hell of noise in freeway , I have to spend my time to fix them all.

We had to get our windshield replaced on our 2023 Honda Pilot. The staff at the Safelite location on Raintree Road were friendly, efficient and quick. They explained why the windshield had to be replaced versus repaired. The appointment was set up quickly. Jesse, the representative that completed the work was very efficient and completed the work ahead of schedule. We would absolutely recommend this location!!

I have a 2023 Honda Accord Sport that needed a windshield replacement through insurance.. Three times is a charm. The first two times, they ordered the wrong part or had some missing clips. The techs came out, pulled it apart to find out it could not be Replaced. Finally, the third windshield worked perfectly. ONLY because they got State Farm approval to use an OEM part. Everyone who I worked with was professional and prompt. But no one along the way apologized for my inconvenience. A total of three technicians came out. The last two had absolutely no idea of the previous problems/errors as they sent out new techs eaxh time.. Something simple took a lot of energy, phone calls, texts, and waiting around. Now, if I owned some exotic vehicle or a 30-year-old car, I would understand it. But we’re talking about a 2023 Honda Accord?!

Christopher was so amazing! He did a mobile windshield replacement and was very communicative, kind, fast, and reliable. We would really recommend safelite for anything and everything!

Chris was absolutely incredible! And the whole process was very easy. I love that my insurance company goes through Safelite! Would highly recommend for anybody needing window repair or replacement. I had mine repaired and it took less than 30 minutes. You can’t even see the resin in the photo
