I am thoroughly impressed with the auto glass replacement service I received. After submitting an online inquiry, I was contacted within five minutes! The ease of service was exceptional; it took me less than 10 minutes to set up an appointment for the very next day. Saul, the technician who came out to my home (at no extra charge), was friendly, professional, and even taught me a little something about the process along the way. I would 100% hands down recommend them again. The fees were on the lower end vs the competition. Plus, the free chip repair for life is an added bonus, especially living in Arizona. 5 stars all the way. They repaired a rock chip on my VW ID.4 and made the process incredibly easy. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and the result exceeded my expectations. The chip is barely noticeable now. Customer service was top-notch — friendly, respectful, and efficient. I truly appreciate businesses that stand behind their work and treat customers well. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had a stone hit my windshield on the US 60 and I needed to get it repaired quickly. I called safe Pro Auto Glass and they were able to get me in immediately and out the door again in 20 minutes! The repair was done with care and I could hardly see any trace of the crack. They are an excellent company who really takes care of their customers. Give these guys a chance, you can't go wrong!

I’m new to Tucson and a friend recommended SafePro to me. The customer service was everything I could ask for. The techs arrived on time and obviously knew what they were doing when they replaced my windshield. No hidden fees. Very positive experience, highly recommend.

Good price for what your getting. They do not used repaired glass, new glass windshield eith lifetime repairs for free. Kinda silly not go with this company because repairs cost anywhere from 60 to 110 bucks!!! 320 and you have a new windshield and lifetime repair. No brainer. Im addition, the tech was quick, efficient, and really kind!! Would recommend for my own children so that should tell you where i stand with this company. 10/10
