I am thoroughly impressed with the auto glass replacement service I received. After submitting an online inquiry, I was contacted within five minutes! The ease of service was exceptional; it took me less than 10 minutes to set up an appointment for the very next day. Saul, the technician who came out to my home (at no extra charge), was friendly, professional, and even taught me a little something about the process along the way. I would 100% hands down recommend them again. The fees were on the lower end vs the competition. Plus, the free chip repair for life is an added bonus, especially living in Arizona. Incredible service at the best price. I use them at a cost way less than their Safexxxx competitor, and they stand behind their work. After a few windshields with them, I had a chip in my wife's vehicle. Kirk said if you bring it to us, we'll fix it .... For free! I was so surprised. 15 minutes after arriving... I called SafePro last minute thinking I’d have to wait days, but they took me in right away—lifesaver move. That’s when I met Anna, aka the Master of Windshields. She worked her magic so well I honestly thought they’d swapped mine out for a brand-new one. I had a big round chip, about the size of a dime, and a crack about an inch and a half long. Now? You can’t even tell where they were. Unreal. If you go, definitely ask about their 3 chip special—it’s a solid deal and worth every penny. They were great and handle my windshield via mobile install when Safelite said they couldn’t. Came out the next day and handled the insurance claim transfer. Tech waited for a storm to pass and went above and beyond. Will recommend these guys to everyone! It could not have been easier!

I never leave reviews but SafePro in Chandler was absolutely amazing! My windshield got completely destroyed by a bird on the interstate and they made the process of getting it repaired almost too easy. Everyone that I interacted with was so kind and helpful. I honestly don’t think I could have had a better experience. I will 100% be using them in the future.
