My wife and I stayed here for quick overnight trip but enjoyed every second of our time here! The property is gorgeous and the way it’s nestled into the maintain side made for amazing views. Checking it was the start of our incredible experience as the service was impeccable and after a nice welcome drink, we were carted off to our room. They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite which breathtaking views. The suite was huge! The furniture in the sitting area was very comfortable and matched the vibe of the room perfectly. The bedroom was a great size, the bed was comfortable, and the sliding door walked right out to our balcony. The bathroom had a nice double sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower with phenomenal water pressure. We went to dinner off property and found out they offered a house car to take guests anywhere within a certain mile range. It’s a first come first serve so we waited a few minutes before cruising down to dinner in a brand new Escalade. The next morning, we grabbed breakfast in the resort restaurant before heading to the airport and got to enjoy the views one more time before heading off. The food was fantastic! Throughout our entire stay, the service was amazing and the entire staff really made you feel welcome. We will most certainly be back!

Great location in Scottsdale and close to PHX. We spent. several days in AZ, specifically coming into PHX for a comedy show. We chose the Sanctuary Camelback because it was supposed to be a luxury hotel with luxury amenities and spa. However our experience with the hotel was no where near luxury. First off the hotel restaurant, Elements has been rated as a 4-5 star experience and our personal dining was far from luxury. The dinner was meh at best, the specials were overcooked and flavorless. The breakfast was adequate but nothing more. Our room was tiny and the bath room even more tiny, they crammed a big tub in the bathroom and it made for a dance off with two people trying to navigate. Also the cleanliness of our room and the hotel was not luxury, if you are going to charge me over $1600 a night then you need to up your game. I would rate the service and amenities and overall hotel as a 3 star at best. SO many issue that it seems unnecessary to list all the deficiencies. The only thing that was delightful were the spa services, my facial and my partners massage were amazing. Even the checkout was problematic, I had spa and breakfast credits and they were not applied upon checkout and I've had to call three times to rectify. I am happy to pay a premium price for premium services, however the Sanctuary is not premium and we will not repeat.

Absolutely beautiful resort with some of the best views one could possibly want. Whether you're looking out at the mountains from a balcony, your room windows, or enjoying it from the infinity pool is breath taking. It is the very definition of tranquility. The staff are amazingly attentive in helping to create an experience that is very soothing. Such a great getaway and nice break from the daily grind of city life. There is also a great workout facility complete with it's own pool, tennis courts, and plenty of you need a break but still want to have elements of your active lifestyle. I would highly recommend.

Spa was referred to us by a handful of people. I receive regular massages at home that are amazing. Thought I’d try Thai Massage for a change. Sonja provided the most AMAZING experience! Moved my body in such an organic way. Such deep stretching and relaxation. I felt completely rejuvenated after this treatment. Will be checking out Thai Massage back home in Cincinnati and certainly booking another appointment with Sonja when I return to The Sanctuary Spa.

This was a wonderful experience! The property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very clean and spacious, as well as decorated very nicely with a fireplace in some! But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone was so attentive, kind, cheerful. The food at the on-site restaurant elements, was absolutely delicious. We also got massages and the lady who did them was fantastic. Honestly, staying here was better than staying at the Ritz or four seasons, they treat you like royalty.
