Absolutely beautiful resort with some of the best views one could possibly want. Whether you're looking out at the mountains from a balcony, your room windows, or enjoying it from the infinity pool is breath taking. It is the very definition of tranquility. The staff are amazingly attentive in helping to create an experience that is very soothing. Such a great getaway and nice break from the daily grind of city life. There is also a great workout facility complete with it's own pool, tennis courts, and plenty of you need a break but still want to have elements of your active lifestyle. I would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa to celebrate a special anniversary, and it was both of our first times there. As locals doing a staycation, we truly couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. We were greeted with the warmest welcome by Aaron - genuine, kind, and thoughtful in a way that instantly set the tone for the entire stay. The level of hospitality was exceptional and personal, including a beautiful surprise waiting for us in our room: champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a handwritten note that made the experience feel truly special. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare, and it made us feel welcomed right from the start. Our room was impeccable; spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. The view from the king suite was absolutely stunning and became our favorite place to enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning, along with a very delicious breakfast. Peaceful, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. Dinner at Jade Bar was another highlight of the stay. From the food and drinks to the service, ambience, and views; everything was outstanding. Our server/bartender, Sherri, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations, but also genuinely fun and engaging, which made the entire evening even more memorable. The energy was perfect, the cocktails were incredible, the food exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere was unmatched. What truly sets Sanctuary apart is the level of service. It’s clear that hospitality here isn’t just a job...it’s a standard. We later learned that the person who welcomed us upon arrival was the General Manager, and it made complete sense. That kind of leadership and care clearly carries through every aspect of the resort. Customer service like that is hard to come by, and it elevated our stay beyond anything we expected. This was the perfect staycation for us, and we would absolutely recommend Sanctuary to anyone visiting from out of town or locals looking to celebrate something special, reconnect, or simply escape for a few days. It’s a place that makes you feel relaxed, valued, and truly cared for. We already can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderful experience! The property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very clean and spacious, as well as decorated very nicely with a fireplace in some! But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone was so attentive, kind, cheerful. The food at the on-site restaurant elements, was absolutely delicious. We also got massages and the lady who did them was fantastic. Honestly, staying here was better than staying at the Ritz or four seasons, they treat you like royalty.

Really beautiful area with plenty of space to walk around and relax. We stayed in a spa patio room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant Element had excellent food and great service. Overall, the staff was always friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will back :)

It was my first time visiting the Camelback Sanctuary I had a massage with Hayden, and he was spectacular one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jennifer was so warm and checked on me after my treatment, which added a very special touch to my spa experience. Maria in the women’s lounge made me feel so comfortable she was extremely kind and made sure I was well taken care of. She is amazing. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who helped make this experience happen. I would love to come back!
