Very happy with this company so far! Good communication and easy scheduling. Technician Norman was AMAZING! He was friendly, SO TIDY (wore booties and gloves!), communicative, and so knowledgeable. He showed us what was wrong with our washing machine, spoke to our extended home warranty service (they suck but that’s a separate review), and sent us photos of the problem. Will definitely use them again, and request Norman specifically!

Norm was outstanding. Our Whirlpool washers Start button was stuck..even thou they do not make that part anymore Norm was able to get it loosened, lubricated it and it is working just fine now! Job well done Norm!
