Stuck on the 101 today with a blown tire...I called my roadside assistance via Chevrolet with no response after 20 mins so I called old town scottsdale towing and they got a truck out in less than 15 mins to me. My driver was awesome! Thank you for coming so quickly especially when it was 110 degrees out! Thank you!

I called my roadside assistance, and they sent Old Town to help us out when we got stuck on the interstate with a blowout. Not only did he show up in less than 30 minutes to help us... Ethan was very professional and went out of his way to get us out of the heavy traffic, and then he put on our spare out of concern for our safety. Never have I had a tow truck come to rescue me this quickly. Thank you so much, Ethan! Give my guy a raise!

I wasn’t aware this level of customer service existed in the towing industry. This company is like the Chic Fil A of the towing industry. Juanita the dispatch was extremely pleasant. She always answered on the first or second ring. I was too tired to meet driver at 11 PM so asked if I could call first thing in the morning she said no problem. She sits in the Arizona location. They service there and Georgia. I called 5 am she answered first ring “good morning Mr. Campbell are you ready for service.” I connected with the actual driver and he was professional efficient and too cool for school! A super cool tow truck driver—that’s Atl for you! His name was DeMarc. These folks were A1. Not to mention another company “attempted” to provide service before them and they were horrible. I’m particular about my 2018 Range Rover Sport Diesel with custom wheels and matte black wrap and they weren’t cutting it. Forget their name—doesn’t matter. I suggested to my roadside company to remove them as a vendor. Highly recommend Old Town Towing. Their the name that matters. Ask for Juanita in dispatch and DeMarc if in GA.

Nick Osborn was super cool, proffessional and worth interacting with… he did his work with precision, and open interaction while still showing empathy for my situation. I highly recommend him and would use the company again
