Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

My husband and I came to the resort for another anniversary trip. We absolutely love the hotel and the amenities. Staff here is excellent starting with our check in specialist. She was attentive and personable. She even had chocolates sent to our room. The next morning I went to the gift shop. The staff member, Bertha, was amazing and so kind. After engaging in conversation and learning of our anniversary, she had the most thoughtful gift sent to our room. I am already booked for another stay with my daughter and look forward to another amazing time.

Absolutely one of the best hotel that I ever been to with great service, every step here are either amazing or super well trained! The entire stay was very relaxing and well taken care of! The property is beautiful, has a nice pool with fun slide for the kids, and especially hats off to those ladies who were walking around the pool take to the orders in 95° weather!

We loved this hotel and all of its staff but the on-site restaurants were VERY disappointing. We loved our room. It was beautifully decorated and everything was new and spotless. The pool was perfect — excellent service and a great layout with lots of chairs and umbrellas. It wasn’t overcrowded and the gradual beach-like entrances were lovely. Out favorite part of our stay was the cultural “echos with ancestors” experience we had at the fire circle and “connecting with horses.” Our little girl loved both and allowed us to better appreciate our stay. All of that being said, we stay at resorts because we have a little girl and like stay on-site. We were unable to do this after our first day because we tried 3 of the 4 resultants available to us and we had incredibly disappointing experiences at all of them. The service was OK but the food was unpalatable. We are not a fussy crowd and it was deeply disappointing to have to leave to get decent food. Because of our daughter’s age we were unable to go to KAI so I’m unable to comment. Sheraton, please improve the dining and we will most definitely be back!

This Marriott property I would avoid if you are thinking having Marriott status gives you anything, with gold elite status we get either room upgrade or late checkout based on availability but I can tell both times the person we met at the reception didn’t even bothered to check and simply denied us both. I had to call Marriott loyalty line which asked to check with the manager one more time and guess what it’s was instantly approved, thanks for it but why unnecessarily run around for basic things, we work toward maintaining the Marriott status and expect some service in return.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Sheraton. The hotel is beautiful, and the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff truly made our experience special. I’m sure I may be unintentionally missing someone, because everyone was so attentive, but we would especially like to mention Jacob on the last day of our stay at the buffet restaurant — the food was excellent and his service made it even better. We also want to thank Steven and Micah for their great attention, as well as a young lady who spoke Spanish very well and kindly helped my mother on several occasions. Without a doubt, the reception staff and the valet entrance team were also outstanding — always welcoming, helpful, and warm. The property itself is stunning, and we definitely feel we didn’t have enough time to explore it fully. That said, we are absolutely sure we will be back. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable.
