Shilo Inn Suites Hotel Yuma

Worst situation ever, my partner and I decided to stay at Shilo Inns we rented our place from Agoda, we came around 21:00 to check in but the lady of duty said that rooms are not clean and that she doesn’t have the room for us, we asked her If she can chancel it in the sistem so we can easily get the money back because we are not able to contact no one tru application, she give us the phone number eave we explain her that we are from Croatia and that we aren’t able to call , hour and a half later there are no respond from Agoda. We wen’t back in in the mid time the are several people checking in we started to ask questions , she started to be nervous and repiding that she is the only one in the hotel and that she is not able to leave the desk , she started shouting that is our false that we book on that agency and not come directly to hotel because we wanted cheaper price, then she start accusing of traspassing and saying that sistem is different from European, she was asking if we want her to ruin our whole stay in states and in the and we are ending her calling police on us and saying the officer “they aren’t eaven from here “ . So we left , In the end we finished with no money and no room for tonight.

We checked in about 2:30 PM but did not go to our room at that time. After going about our business and eating it was about 9PM when we went to the room. The room was clean, but we had no soap, 1 little wash cloth, no kleenex, no hand towles, and the TV didn't work. When we questioned the lady on duty she said she could not leave the desk and after talking to her supervisor, we were told that we would have to wait until morning to talk to the supervisor. The next morning we were told the supervisor would call us, he never did and when I called he said no discount. My wife washed with shampoo for soap.

Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Very clean, which I'm a stickler about. Queen bed was very comfortable, even for my back that's had 3 surgeries! Highly recommend!

My first room stank of smoke, saw 3 other rooms, took the best of them. Still had a musty smell. I checked out next morning instead of completing my stay. Washers/dryers broken, was told there was pastries for breakfast, there was none. The grounds are great, the hotel itself needs a lot of TLC! Fresh carpets would likely go a long way. Staff were very friendly, and did there best to accommodate!

BEDBUGS! AAAAAAA! Badly stained sheets. Fridge and freezer door was open causing severe ice up. No soap. And yes bedbugs. Definately. For sure. This place is nasty.
