I cannot say enough great things! First off I dropped the ball on my sons birthday party by accidentally booking it at the other location and somehow thinking it was at this Scottsdale location because it is the one we usually go to. Anyway, totally my fault, we showed up and all my invitations I made had this location so I really messed it up since everyone was on the way, but the General Manager Tasha was SO nice and so was all the staff, they were able to get us in to a party room and last minute book our party there for that same time, and they made it so easy and didn't make us feel like a burden. The best customer service I have ever received. They truly saved my mom fail and made my sons 7th birthday the best! I am SO grateful for this Scottsdale Sky Zone location!! Thank you again for being so helpful and saving the day, he had the best day!

I followed your own instructions and made a legitimate request for a drink. However, I was first told that the drink could not be free, and I was treated as if I were begging for it. Only after I showed the posted policy was the drink reluctantly given to me, and even then it felt like “here, take it and go.” Because the experience was so unpleasant, I didn’t drink it and threw it away. I was not asking for charity. I was not begging. I was simply requesting a benefit that I was rightfully entitled to. I have been a Sky Zone member for three years, and this is the first time I have ever felt uncomfortable or disrespected. I could write down the employee’s name, but she appeared to be very young, so I will not do so.

My kids love sky zone. We have had many birthday parties here and the kids have always had a blast. It’s a great place to take the kids on a rainy or day or when they just need to exert some energy! They have a play area for smaller kids (toddler zone) which is nice so they don’t get trampled by the big kids. They also have a dodgeball court (age 6+) but be warned, the kids that play dodge ball are ruthless and it’s literally no holds bar in there.😬 It is a little expensive…I take our 2 littlest ones here (age 4 and 6) and I can never get out for less than $100 (that’s for 2 jumpers with socks, $20 for the games and a small snack). It is nice that they have the seating area for parents with outlets so you can work and/or charge your devices while your kids play. They also have massage chairs. Every time we have gone, there are always a couple of kids that are a little too rowdy and out of control (where are your parents?!?) so I recommend keeping a close eye on your kiddos while they are playing. We have had 2 or 3 birthday parties here. The party planning staff are always super friendly and helpful. You can bring in your own decorations (as long as you can get them up and down within 15 min) which is nice so you can personalize your party room. They make birthday parties easy which is something every parent wants!

As a mom of two boys, Sky Zone truly feels like our home away from home. We’ve been members for years, and it’s one of those places my kids never get tired of. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Tasha, the location manager, is beyond fabulous. She holds a high standard for the space and the kids, and she creates an environment where they’re encouraged to rise to that standard — even when parents’ eyes aren’t always on them. That kind of leadership and care matters so much. Laci is also incredible! Always kind, attentive, and genuinely warm with my boys every single time we’re there. They feel seen and safe, and that means everything to me as a parent. These women are truly what make this Sky Zone so special. I recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, energetic, and well-run place for their kids.

Deplorable. This is a joke of a business. These “clowns” would NOT accept cash for a beverage. To management: I’m not sure what school you attended for business management?, but, I’ve NEVER heard of a successful business plan that involves NOT taking American currency. I’m sure that you have some strange policy and there is a goofy excuse as to why you don’t and or when. PLEASE save yourself the trouble of trying to explain why to this review, as it will fall upon deaf ears. Please allow me to help…. Fill in the blank- excuses are akin to…. …& everyone has one. Get some storage lockers already. To anyone who may be reading this interested in this place for a family fun endeavor. Save ur $
