We si wanted this place to be fire, but sadly is was a disappointment. We got the 4 meats, 4 sides, and a catfish filet for around $50, which the price was legit. The food had absolutely no smoke flavor at all, and no flavor, no salt, nothing! The greens were like eating undercooked grass, no flavor, no meat in them or salt for that matter and undercooked. The brisket was dry, and again no flavor, the rib tips was like eating meat in the wilderness when you have no choice but to it eat with no salt or anything! Sausages were horrible, bad taste, and overcooked. Mac and cheese was decent at best, had some salt and creamy. Potato salad was not good, way too much onion and weird taste. Customer service was on point, and the people were very nice and checked in on us. I wish the food was better, we would be back. Sorry Smoky Mo's, this just wasn't it.

I ordered the Brisket Sandwich combo with collard greens as my side and added an extra side of cornbread. The cornbread is really good, it's sweet and savory and compliments the brisket sauce nicely. The Brisket was really the star of the show, super tender meat, I had a hard time keeping my sandwich together. The inside dining area is a little small but they have larger outdoor seating area to accomodate large parties. My order was maybe $20 even with my add ons. I highly reccomend this spot, this is a Tucson gem for sure.

We drove over 50 miles to reach Smokey Mo's. We'd been there half a dozen times before, and we expected this to be a great meal. And it was! The food was fresh, home-cooked from scratch, and abundant portions at that! We had combos with brisket, hot links, and pulled pork, with cole slaw, onion rings, potato salad, and cornbread--all delicious. The special, Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf, was over the moon--great!--with delicious mashed potato/gravy sides: we took that to-go. The onion rings are some of the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and courteous--and there is an inside and outside dining area, with attractive decor. The prices are reasonable and the menu has many choices. We'll be back! You cannot go wrong with Smoky Moe's. Thank you for this fabulous meal!

When we walked in, we were completely ignored—they didn’t acknowledge us until other customers arrived. When our order was finally taken, it felt like it was a burden to the staff. I decided to give the place a chance anyway, thinking the food must be amazing to make up for the poor service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We were hungry, so we still ate, but it wasn’t worth it. The sides were the highlight—I really enjoyed the potato salad. However, I should’ve checked my order before paying, as I asked for two potato salads but was given double macaroni instead.
