The lady behind the counter seems annoyed every time I have to go in for something. Never at the desk until we ring the bell, then as she comes to the window says what do you want? Not very friendly at all, which is disappointing because as the face of the community you'd think she could at least pretend to like her job. We had a mix up about a gate clicker, and she just acted like she'd rather be anywhere else but helping us. Gave us looks like we were dumb, and spoke down to the resident who is my client. When we tried to tell her the situation she kept giving us blank stares and then kept telling us she didn't know what we were talking about, and when she went to pull up the residents file she was audibly sighing exaggeratedly like we were bothering her. If you are not people friendly don't get a people friendly job. Also went in another time to request a dream catcher for my client who is a resident and she said very rudely "those aren't out yet, they won't be out for another two weeks".... Every time we leave I tell her thank you for your help I appreciate you and she doesn't even acknowledge that she just turns and walks away. Horrible people skills, why is she the "face of the company"? If I was looking for a place to move I wouldn't choose her simply because of her.... such a turn off to be treated like an annoyance and a bother.....

Great people, wonderful HOA staff. We have great amenities. If you are bored then it is you cause there is always things to do, Clubs to join and games to play.

Great place to live quiet with a ton of activities, larger computer room, nice cardo center, billiard room and two large pools. Right off the golf course.A great retirement community

Beautiful place, HOA board are residents, so everyone invited to participate.

Enjoying every minute! Very well maintained and always several activities going on throughout the week!
