Sportsmans Warehouse Avondale

First time. In the store had a great esporting. Good, obviously had a lot of good things. Wish I could buy them all but come on and check them out and enjoy your visit. It's my first time and I had a great time walking around. Walked out with some gun ear muffs. And a tripod chair that was pretty reasonable and a good price. So come on and see the guys here..

Went in for .22LR ammo. It’s all tucked away behind the gun counter, where there was 1 human working, with 10+ people waiting. Meanwhile, front of store had an excess of employees. And some dude in sweatpants wearing a bulletproof vest who told me to “have a great day” as I walked out the door empty-handed. Who the heck is running this store?!?

Placed an online order for a shotgun, pick up obviously in store. I had the pleasure of working with Katie behind the counter. What a delight, great attitude and personality, laughed a little. Service like Katie's is why I will continue to come back and give you all my money lol

I’ve never been this disappointed with a retailer. I purchased a firearm online through Sportsman’s Warehouse in Avondale, paid in full, and even confirmed with the store that the gun was in stock and allocated to my order. The gun counter manager personally told me it would be held since it was already paid for. The next day, they sold it to someone else anyway. No phone call, no warning, no attempt to make it right — just “sorry, it’s gone.” I essentially paid for a product they confirmed I would receive, only for them to sell it out from under me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be doing business here again, and I’d strongly recommend others be very cautious trusting their “confirmations” or inventory promises. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

North phoenix location sent me to Avondale for a out of stock item. Drove half hour to purchase and they told me the same thing and to go too the chandler location. As a loyal sportsman's customer and having spent thousands of dollars, I wont be going back to any of them.
