Courtney was the best manager and customer service representative Ive ever dealt with. She addressed all my concerns and even mounted a sight on my firearm. She was friendly and knowledgeable about firearms. I appreciate that Sportsmans has knowledgeable and sincere people working at firearm counter. I also appreciate that Courtney helped me out and fixed the problem herself without guidance from anyone else. This is why I will never but a firearm from anywhere else. Customer for life. 5 stars customer service! Great job Courtney! I would hope they give her a raise, cause you would want to retain great people like her for sure.

I’d like start by saying how great the guys are in the firearms department (and rest of the store). Very professional and knowledgeable. The reason for this review is the time in which it takes to speak to someone in that specific department. They need more help! The number system works well but it can be a very long wait for even 3 numbers until you’re called. Today I was number 24. I think 21 was next in the queue. I waited quite a long time and never could speak to someone in a timely fashion. I had to leave without being able to make a purchase. Every time I’m in, most of the customers in the store seem to be waiting in the firearms department. Hopefully the guys back there can get a little help, they deserve it.

Another great sporting goods store I have visited in the past 12 months. Very friendly staff good location reasonable prices. Outdoors men and women in California don’t have the opportunity like neighboring states.

3 different online orders placed within a few days of each other. Gift card was never emailed to recipient. Called 24 hours later and they were able to just immediately send it? Then order an in stock red dot, email says store can’t find product it’s being shipped and won’t refund until store gets item in shipping (what?), then a gun order online to pick up same day, thought saving time. Turns out store can’t find gun (lost a gun?) and it’s being shipped yet again. Call store only for them to tell me we have plenty of those in stock today. No way to fulfill my order from current inventory, must wait for shipping of other gun. Store says come in and buy gun from Inventory and cancel other other and refund to be issued in 3-5 days plus weekends and holidays (this is Christmas time!). This is actually the 3 worst online shopping experiences I’ve had on 3 different occasions all at Sportsman’s. Shame because I’ve spent 10s of thousands on guns and hunting equipment here. 800 number only cared about canceling order absolutely no customer service.
