*Update I called sportsman's for a fourth time a the manager Taylor answered. She is AWESOME!!! I called 30-40ish minutes before closing and she still checked in on my orders which had just arrived! The next day she helped me get my iteam's checked in so that I could pick them up! One of my orders came in earlier than expected by a wide margin! TAYLOR IS AWESOME!!!!! Just because of her I am giving them 5 stars! Terrible customer service.....I called 3 times until someone answered just to ask one question and get immediately hung up on. If I could make it zero stars I would. Judging by a quick look at other reviews apparently this is an on going issue that they are not willing to fix.

Wife and I stopped by to purchase the exclusove color springfield armory an XD mod 3 in green. We met Chuck in guns department, his level of customer service and knowledge made me very comfortable. He was super helpful and made recommendations and explained the 5 year protection plan for the gun which we bought! Chuck was awesome!! Give him a raise! :))

Staff is friendly and patient enough to answer any questions you have new to the outdoors or experienced in your craft. Great sales all the time! If you can't find it they can order it!!!

This store has an operating phone number....I think! But nobody answers. Called "Customer Service" 4 times this morning, and once to the "Hunting" extension, no answer. I can't wait for the new Bass Pro Shop to open!

This store is horrible, waited in line for over an hour to get binoculars I had already decided on purchasing out of the glass just so that I could take them up front, then got up front and waited ANOTHER hour to get someone to come and take off the anti theft lock on the box. The worst customer service I have ever had at a sportsmans and after reading alot of the reviews on here, it doesn't seem like my experience is a rare occasion. Don't expect this location to last if it continues this way, the new bass pro shop being built can't get here fast enough.
