We had such a great experience having 2 carpets cleaned. We were able to request a same-day Saturday appointment and Carlos, our cleaning specialist, was on-time, super professional and provided a GREAT service. We would request him again in the future!

Juan was wonderful. Every thing looks clean. I was told yesterday I would not have to move items except for lamps, glass items and electronics. Instead Juan and I had to move everything: chairs (about 80 of them), tables (6) trash cans (3), bags of clothing, etc. I called the Stanley Steemer phone # and received no help. I was told by you yesterday that your crew (Juan) would move everything. That was untrue!! I had people available to help until my phone call yesterday falsely told me your crew (of 1?) would move every thing. I'm in my 80s and should not be moving chairs, tables, bags etc. In 110F heat! I was hoping to have Stanley Steemer seal the grout and tile on this same floor some time next year. After today's fiasco, I am certainly having second thoughts. Doug Weiss

Marco did a great job cleaning our carpets and deodorizing since we have a couple of dogs. He’s knowledgeable and has a great attention to detail while being very courteous. This is my first time with Stanley Steemer, and I’ll call them going forward.

Everyone from the representative to the technician that came out, were extremely friendly and helpful. They came out the same day & it took less than 30 mins to complete! Our carpet really needed a deep cleaning & they left it looking and smelling brand new!

We were amazed at how new our carpet looks after Joseph cleaned. He did a terrific job was very personable and professional. Will definitely use Stanley Steemer again. Joseph came out today and cleaned and sealed our travertine tile outside. Excellent job very happy with his work.
