Carlos and Danny from Stanley Steemer were absolutely fantastic. They cleaned my air ducts, dryer vents and handled the whole job thoroughly and professionally. Everything is so clean. Both of them were friendly, polite, and took the time to explain everything they were doing along the way. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated how patient and educational Carlos was — I was even given the exact filter sizes I need for replacements and walked me through what each vent does and how everything works. That kind of care and attention made a huge difference. They went above and beyond, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Also, I recently had my carpets cleaned and tile flooring resealed by Stanley Steemer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marco arrived right on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and worked efficiently throughout the entire appointment. He took great care with everything and did an excellent job — my carpets and tile look amazing. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and Marco truly made it a great one. I highly recommend requesting him if you’re scheduling service!

We had such a great experience having 2 carpets cleaned. We were able to request a same-day Saturday appointment and Carlos, our cleaning specialist, was on-time, super professional and provided a GREAT service. We would request him again in the future!

Marco did a great job cleaning our carpets and deodorizing since we have a couple of dogs. He’s knowledgeable and has a great attention to detail while being very courteous. This is my first time with Stanley Steemer, and I’ll call them going forward.
