State Farm - Phoenix Central

Went in and got my policy with Lula and had them for about 2 years and then my policy changed I called in seeing what had changed no one knew in the office I had classic insurance so I would pay twice a year. She didn’t even know anything about my policy and said I’m absolutely Not paying twice a year that it’s once a month, as if I didn’t know what policy I got or what I’m paying… They are no Help in this office! They don’t even know what policy they sell you… horrible customer service and they never call you back. I switched agents thankfully! I’d go elsewhere.

not very helpful, not very good customer service, would not recommend this office. Whoever owns this office needs to look into how the staff handles us as clients

Lula and her office help kept sending us the wrong paperwork for months. Because of that we lost our low rate. Then Lula disappeared for a month and didn’t warn us. We needed to insure another vehicle and the office help didn’t seem to care. My husband and I after 6 months of fighting and no progress we decided to leave.... There is a reason why she has no reviews online! It’s not just us either. My in-laws have been fighting with her about a couple different cars also. Not once did any of us at least get an apology. I do not recommend her to anyone.

State farm has been my insurance for house and vehicles , for many years Lula Smith agency ,have taken care of every detail need it . I trust them , because they are knowledgeable on insurance .

Learning the lesson, of having a big nation wide company. Instead of a Arizona based company. But hey just my opinion, everyone's opinion is different.
