Awful awful awful, do not do it. Heed these 1 star reviews.. they are 💯 true. From sales, to service, to the owner (Johnny). Please understand this is based off a real life customer experience in the last 2 weeks. We were first time rv buyers and was so excited.. thinking this place was reputable.. no! They are dishonest, they lie with a smile, and then turn around with no accountability.. just excuses after excuses. They will sell you broken pieces and hide it. The black hose valve was broke and the tech tried dumping it and splashed all over and his face.. their fault for selling it to me like that. Please do not go here and please take these bad reviews very serious!! Do not do it. Here are a few select photos, and this isn’t even it, there are so many more photos with broken, repair issues. Also have a video of the Service manager yelling & screaming at me, treating me like dirt because I called their lies out. And the video shows the Service supervisor, Christian, standing up trying to intimidate me like he was going to fight me. They do not care about you.. only your $$$ I promise. Why did I not look at all the recent bad ones before going here? It was an appalling and extremely disappointing experience. And they will do it again to you.. I promise. RENE IN SALES WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS

These people are so nice and friendly right to the point where you sign, after that they won't answer my calls, the fridge was broken and wouldn't cool at all, a fuse kept blowing, took it back for repairs but when I picked it up the fuse was gone. They didn't even have the courtesy to put a fuse in, the floor was so dirty, (when I took it to them everything was clean) when I asked they just said sorry and didn't even try to at least wipe it off. I'm paying extra for warranty. But I take it in and they don't even fix anything they just go into my RV to make a mess and make it look like they did something and return the unit in a worse shape than when I took it for repair. It's my first RV and we where so exited but this has turned out to be a headache and unfortunately these people are not to be trusted. So disappointed 😞

My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from Sun City RV and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. From the greeting at the parking lot to the experience of the purchase we would highly recommend this company. Our salesman Anthony was professional, polite, and easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the trailer we picked first. Now if you think we are easy buyers that is far from the truth. We had an extensive list on what we were looking for and he delivered. The parts and service team did an excellent job in going thru the trailer with a fine tooth comb. Not only that but we got an extensive orientation on the ins and outs of the workings of the trailer, suggestions on items to purchase to protect the trailer all was very much appreciated. If a RV is on your bucket list go visit this dealer you won’t regret it!!

Can’t recommend these guys enough. I had been looking for a specific 5th wheel (my first personal one) since the beginning of ‘25. Sun City RV got one in and I immediately called them. From that single phone call to the moment they delivered it a week later - 10/10 customer service. I had a great experience here. They made my first time big purchase of a 5th wheel flawless. They answered any question I had with kindness and honesty. Big shout out to Rene and Jacob and everyone in between. All professional, friendly and you can definitely tell the difference between family owned business and a corporation owned business. These guys prove it every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough! Don’t go to any corporate owned RV dealer, go to Sun City RV. You won’t regret it! These guys care about the people they are in business with.
