Outstanding customer service! We found a Class C motorhome at Sun City RV in Peoria, AZ for much less than similar options near us in Indiana. After contacting Rene through Facebook Marketplace, Anthony, the lead salesman, called and provided helpful details and a walk-through video. He assured us the RV was in excellent condition and arranged a safety inspection. We flew in, saw the RV outfitted with new tires, and had both a dealership and independent inspection (Deb’s RV Services). The only issues found—minor roof seam cracks and a toilet leak—were quickly resolved by the service team. Deb confirmed the repairs were done well. We drove our new RV 1,700 miles home without any problems. From communication to timely repairs, Sun City RV exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! Many thanks to Rene, Anthony, Willie, Nick and his service team, and Rory from finance. They all went above and beyond to make sure this was a pleasant experience.

Total consignment disaster! I consigned my RV here about 8 months ago and recently picked it back up after ZERO action or interest. When I dropped off, their pitch to me was that they really don't need to add any addition mark-up onto the price that I needed from the rv, because they make their money on selling gap insurance, warranties, and high interest loans. They explained that the owner is a "master at rv valuation" and will set it at an aggressive market value price. After I saw their listing, they added a $8k vig over the price we had discussed. When I emailed them concerning this, they reiterated that this was still a great price and it should move quickly. Months go by with zero communication from them. I had to constantly reach out and ask what we can do to get a sale. They had assured me on several occasions that it's still priced correctly at the time, and little to nothing else was done on their end. It sat on their lot for almost 8 months and definitely depreciated even further. When discussing a price drop, their sales guy said it just depreciated 10% over the last month, which makes zero sense. Not ONE SINGLE offer was ever presented, not even a lowball. I picked it up to sell it myself yesterday. When I spoke to the consignment rep, her demeanor was totally the opposite from when I dropped off. No "hello", no "we're sorry we couldn't get it sold for you", nothing was said other then "sign here", releasing the rv back to me. Half of the keys were missing which took them a while to locate. One of the sun shades was left open exposing the interior to 8 months of constant Arizona sun, which destroyed one of the seats. Her reaction was "we can't be responsible for sun damage" which I understand, but if their sales people closed the sun shades like they should have, this never would have happened. I noticed the other sun shade over the upper front window was jammed and inoperable, which worked fine when I dropped off. She went to grab the tech to take a look. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I got very annoyed at this point at the utter lack of anything resembling customer service and voiced my frustration. The consignment person again didn't offer a simple apology, she just stared at me not saying a word. I left fuming at this point. My speculation is that they have no interest in selling rv's on consignment. They use our rv's as lead-generation tools and then steer potential customers into more profitable units once they're on the lot. This is the only way to explain the total and complete disinterest in moving our rv's as explained up front.

Outstanding customer service!! Rene and the sales team were great to work with. They were able to get me into the motorhome I.... wanted they answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. The staff is very welcoming and they maintained that through the entire process. I have purchased many vehicles/toys/Campers/motorhomes during my 20yrs here in Arizona. To date this has been one of my best experiences.

Awful awful awful, do not do it. Heed these 1 star reviews.. they are 💯 true. From sales, to service, to the owner (Johnny). Please understand this is based off a real life customer experience in the last 2 weeks. We were first time rv buyers and was so excited.. thinking this place was reputable.. no! They are dishonest, they lie with a smile, and then turn around with no accountability.. just excuses after excuses. They will sell you broken pieces and hide it. The black hose valve was broke and the tech tried dumping it and splashed all over and his face.. their fault for selling it to me like that. Please do not go here and please take these bad reviews very serious!! Do not do it. Here are a few select photos, and this isn’t even it, there are so many more photos with broken, repair issues. Also have a video of the Service manager yelling & screaming at me, treating me like dirt because I called their lies out. And the video shows the Service supervisor, Christian, standing up trying to intimidate me like he was going to fight me. They do not care about you.. only your $$$ I promise. Why did I not look at all the recent bad ones before going here? It was an appalling and extremely disappointing experience. And they will do it again to you.. I promise. RENE IN SALES WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS

Just received my used RV last Monday I did some upgrades on my trailer for the electric stabilizer under the trailer took alittle longer to get installed I expected. Overall Rene the sales man was great he followed up on questions I had he was great to work with. I would send other people that are looking for a RV or a Camper to Sun City Rv for a purchase. Keep up the good work to the maintenance department and Sales peeps.
