I hate going into auto shops. But the manager here literally went above and beyond. I own a construction company and have been dealing with these issues in my work truck for months. I never have time to leave my vehicle for extended periods of time. Not did the best the original estimated price but solved another issue with my steering. He took the extra look and crawled under the truck after they pulled out of the bay and still tightened a bolt.
