Super Star Car Wash Phoenix

Alex was so kind and helpful. My card wasn’t working so he helped me to make it to where it wasn’t so complicated. His customer service is really good. I appreciated it. Got a nice little car wash cleaned my car nice.

Elena was absolutely wonderful.This was at northern and nineteenth avenue.She helped me sign up and showed me how to monitor my member's shift in case I decided to cancel.I feel very comfortable and I like this place.Good price too

I've been here several times and not once have I received Tire Shine. Today I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. She proceeded to snap at me stating they are up to "Company Standards." Well, "Company Standards" must be ZERO. In my eyes, this is straight up THEFT! I am playing for a service that I am not getting but they have no issue taking my money. After my encounter, while rounding the corner to pull into the wash, I could hear her yelling, "We got another one!" Clearly I am not the first. I will not be back. Photos of tires taken shortly after getting it washed giving it enough time to dry. Do you see any Tire Shine? That's because THEY'RE ISN'T ANY! You miss, ARE A STRAIGHT UP LIER! Or, "Company Standards" are in deed, ZERO.

Elena was so helpful during my wash today! I went through once and nothing happening, and she explained that they were having issues but she very quickly was able to get me through again and the wash was perfect. She also let me know that the vacuum issue this location has been having have finally been fixed, which is a huge plus as that is one of the main amenities I need the most! Super kind and helpful, overall! :)

Good experience at location! Elena and manager was very personable and helpful when I asked about signing back up for their membership, you can tell she is passionate about working here! I love Super Star, only downside was the vacuums were not working properly, however that is common at other locations too unfortunately. Otherwise great people working at this location!
