Surprise City Courts

I was being stalked, harassed and bullied by my in-laws. They broke into my apartment and made a false police report. I got restraining orders against them which were quickly removed because “I need to forgive them”. As a young mother of two, I wish my tax dollars would go to helping protect me and my children in a time of need.

They are very good at taking peoples money but absolutely nothing else was the first person to walk in the door and I’ve been here 2hours! Now trying to get my tickets on payment plans why it took so long I have no idea……

Came in to file a petition of protection due to teenager threatening my teenagers life. Was told to go try another court or come back another day, you can’t be heard today. This might be the lowest volume court in the country, hardly a person in there, and the level of inefficiency is unbelievable. No sense of emergency or seriousness, especially based on the nature of the petition. Shameful government employees

I like this place. Feels safe and all the staff seem to know their work. The security is kind and respectful.

Sonya G. with victim services was awful and rude. Couldn't tell if it was incompetence or if she just had a horrible attitude.
