Take 5 Oil Change - Mesa

My first time there. They offered water which was nice. When I got home and checked the work, there was leaking oil from the bottom of my Jeep. Opened the hood and it was spilled oil dripping down. Was all over the front end, around the oil cap, air filter housing. They used a pour bucket instead of the metered hose pumps other places uses. They didn't clean it up. They got grease all over my driver door and didn't wipe it off. I checked my dipstick after it's been sitting all day and they way overfilled it. Update: later in the evening tonight I brought the car back over and explained to the assistant store manager what had happened and showed him the picture. He was very apologetic. He verified that it was a half to 1 quart too much. He changed the oil again and showed me the dipstick that it was right on. He and his crew wiped the excess oil off as much as they could. Thank you!

Literally the most best experience I ever had from start to finish! I had my fiancé take me because I’m not car savvy but the experience was so nice I can probably take myself to the next visit! I will recommend this location to everyone I know. Super friendly, professional, and team worked well together. Also, in and out! Pleasant and efficient and timely!

My first time to get an oil change and WON’T be my last. They were so friendly and yes you get to stay in your car. They found a couple things that my truck needed. Thank you for great service and also the wonderful experience.

My wife took my high mileage suv in & got hustled into paying $150 dollars. For the price she paid you are better off going to the dealership & would at least got a free car wash. It is just sad to see how bad automotive shops take advantage & up sell women on stuff their car doesn't need just to make an extra buck 😪

The service could not have been more accommodating. I was given a bottle of cool water while they confidently answered ALL my questions! They offered me several choices for service with NO pressure to upsize. This was my 3rd visit, and I will DEFINITELY continue to use them. Just try them once, and you’ll be hooked too! My last shop literally took WELL over a hour, but this shop is so GREAT! Give them a try!
