10-minute drive-through oil change service.

Charged ~$122 pre tax for an oil change (pricey IMO) and didn't reattach my splash guard back properly afterwards. If I didn't do a quality control check, the splash guard eventually would have fallen off down the road costing me another ~$200 for a splash guard replacement, in addition to the headache of dragging a car part down the road mid transit would have forced me to pull over and go to another mechanic immediately. Clearly they don't care what happens to you once you drive out of the door. Critical connection points were not properly secured/connected with the appropriate hardware, and other entire connection points were missing entirely. I had to reattach my splash guard using the appropriate OEM connectors myself. You're better off going to the dealerships.

Geo was very helpful. He helped give me informative about the services offered and how often I should be getting these things done on my vehicle. The whole team really were working hard to get everyone taken care of quickly and with a smile! Great customer service.

Standard oil change, really cool employees until the end when the one guy I think his name was William started arguing and belittling this other employee over his lunch break. Little unprofessional and awkward but at least they did my oil and windshield fluid! Unclear if they checked my tire pressure I was just trying to get out of the awkwardness

When my “change oil” light came on the other day, I knew I had to get my car in for a pit stop, but let’s be honest—finding time for a quick oil change can be harder than finding a parking spot at a concert. I was feeling the pressure! But then, like a sign from above (or maybe just good timing), I drove past Take 5 Oil Change, and boy, was I glad I did. From the moment I rolled up, Beau greeted me with a bottle of water like I was a VIP, which instantly made me feel like this was going to be a smooth ride. He had me pull forward, and just like that, a well-oiled team (pun intended) of experts got to work! Beau and his partner tag-teamed my car like they were in an oil change relay race, getting the job done faster than you can say “synthetic blend.” Oil changed, fluids checked, tires topped off—all in record time. And the cherry on top? When it came time to pay, I found out they offer a veterans discount, which knocked my bill down nicely. Talk about a win-win! I left feeling like my car was ready to take on the world (or at least the next 3,000-5,000 miles). 100% satisfied with the service and the speedy, friendly experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change—just hopefully not when I’m on a tight schedule again!

Almost 60$ for them to change my oil when I brought my own oil and filter. Now I don’t mind paying 25$ for 15 minutes of work because they have to run a shop. I could have gotten a full synthetic oil change for less somewhere else with them providing the oil and the filter. I also waited like 20-30 minutes just waiting in like to get the oil changed. I don’t think I’ll be going back to any take 5. I noticed for an entire synthetic oil change it would have been 120$ plus tax so probably 130 out the door which is absolutely insane.
