The units are great, the HOA needs to fix the outside walls ,to do some new paint and fix the damaged walls, to have a cleaner and service the sprinklers.

Can't get a hold of anyone honestly. Glenda is the only one that I have really ever interacted with that actually performs work for the HOA. Also an older neighbor that seems to get hired as a one man show to clean up trash and keep the wild patchy grass from growing too high. Where are all the funds going? Maintenace here is almost non-existent. Pool has been commonly unkept. Trash pickup does occur, but we only have 1 dumpster, then they send out angry letters when overfilling 1 single dumpster, which is simply too small for all the occupants here. Hmm, lets see, what else, what else, security cameras I guess is another expense. Then, for all damages, like underwater piepe issues, etc, we get a notice for a special payment. So again, where do all the montlhy HOA dues go to?

Bad management. The HOA here is very bad. The surroundings are dirty and neglected. The laundry is in disgrace. Couldn't have a worse HOA. There is absolutely no one working for this community. The bad and neglected surroundings made the situation worse. What a pity.

Never really had problems but have been trying to get a hold of the HOA for sink backing up for week and half still and can't get a hold of anyone from the HOA like come on

For the most part Tangelwood is quite & well keep thanks to Glenda in Hoa she goes above & beyond to look out for this community & keeps it cleaned up. She always gives food to those in need & has a great heart. Thank you Glenda.
