A big Thank You to Julian, Mario and Carlos. A job well done! I had a plumbing issue that Julian did troubleshoot, then sat down with me to discuss a solution. He then set up an appointment for the work order for the following day. The 2 technicians were Mario and Carlos. They did a great job. Very professional, friendly and they kept me updated as the work was being performed. They did such a great job cleaning up after themselves you couldn't tell they were here. Thank you.

My heating unit assessment appt today was with Jeremy Oliver and nothing could have been more pleasant and smoother. Jeremy was early for the appt, sent a text and call prior to showing up so promptly, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pro-active!! I very, very much appreciated his honesty and frank evaluation as a senior on limited income and will definitley be using the service(s) in the future. After frustrating experiences with other contractors who installed an oversized system, Temperature Control was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to analyze our home's actual duct capacity and didn't just guess at the right size. They showed us the data and helped us select a correctly sized 3-ton variable heat pump that works perfectly, unlike the 5-ton system we had before. The installation crew, Robert and Jorge, were fantastic. They worked hard, did a great job on both the condenser and air handler, and fixed issues left by others, like ensuring our air handler did not leak, re-taping deteriorating ductwork in the attic. We also had Julian perform a thorough duct cleaning, where he vacuumed, resealed the collars, and caulked gaps around the registers. We are incredibly happy with the results and are looking forward to the final Aeroseal treatment. Highly recommend Temperature Control for their knowledgeable, data-driven approach and professional installation!

Discovered the water heater leaking Friday afternoon. Cesar arrived that day, checked it out and told me it needed to be replaced. It was 5 years old with a 6 year warranty. He had the new water heater installed and running before noon on Saturday. The new tank was free but I had to pay labor. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
