Wonderful dog daycare. The staff is so friendly and clearly love the dogs. It’s clean and cool inside and the prices are reasonable. They were absolute lifesavers for us as we had a medical issue and needed a daycare quickly. They scheduled the meet and greet and she was approved and we were able to schedule right after. She’s getting much needed socialization as well. Highly recommend

Two stars just because the lady at the front desk was polite. Otherwise this place is a waste of time, save your energy and go somewhere else. I went in for the meet and greet. My appointment was a 10am. I held my 9 lbs chihuahua for around 20 min or so, while one of the dog attendants asked me detailed questions about my dog. Finally Tito (my chihuahua) went back. The receptionist went over the program and so forth. I was given a tour of the larger dog’s play areas. I was in total shock about the number of dogs in such a small area. I was not given a tour of the small dog area where Tito would be. It was off limits. That in itself is kind of suspect. I left Tito there, but before I got 1/2 way home Dogtopia called and said that Tito was misbehaving. Basically, he failed his meet and greet in less than 20 minutes. And that I needed to come pick him up, he was currently isolated. Tito has never had any issue biting other dogs, he can be a little timid at first, but then warms up. He has never been dismissed from daycare or boarding anywhere else but here. Obviously, these employees aren’t properly trained, I don’t know of many dogs you can acclimate to a new environment in 20 min, and not sure how you cannot control a 9 lb dog. Maybe they’re understaffed, and didn’t want the hassle of working with Tito?? Maybe it’s a quick way to make $20?? Either way, my advice is to avoid this place. It’s a total waste of time and there’s too many dogs per square footage.

Our guy LOVES his days at Dogtopia. Kyle and Jacob and all the staff are so friendly and truly love the dogs. Each month is themed, they have parties and treats and picture days. Cleanliness, safety, super convenient hours and just all the things that a dog parent would want. The way they structure the daycare and the boarding so that all the dogs know each other is really fantastic. So happy we found them.

My dog truly enjoys his time at Dogtopia. The staff is very caring and friendly. The facility is very clean. I highly recommend Dogtopia.
