The Hook Up Tackle

Ordered a rod as a Christmas gift and they went above and beyond to get my order to me quickly. I had it shipped to my in laws house since that’s where we would be the week of Christmas, but was worried it might show up after we already came back home due to delays. They shipped it out asap so it would make it in time. Will definitely buy from them again. I see some of these reviews saying they don’t respond to messages. That was not my experience. I messaged them via the chat feature on their website and they responded within 10 minutes.

Hands down the best tackle store on the continent! The ultimate in JDM Experience. Unbelievable staff that go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I highly recommend visiting either in person or online. This store is the ultimate for Bass fishing enthusiasts.

I wish I could do 0 stars! Ordered from Hook Up Tackle for a long time and never an issue. Until I had to do a return. I returned some items 8 weeks ago and still no refund. They just keep emailing about how overwhelmed they are with orders and will process my return soon. Still nothing. They have no problem taking your money for orders and keep pumping the orders out, but they won't give you money back on returned items after months! Done with Hook Up Tackle. They are crooks!

Large order placed 2 weeks ago (12/1) almost 2 weeks later no tracking no confirmation. Impossible to reach anybody there they do not return emails or voicemails. I have to report the transaction as fraud to CC company. Not worth the hassle to order from them .

No office hours posted. Vehicles everywhere as if they are open. Just some rude tool who answers the door and rudely says a locked door means they are not open. Put a sign up DB. I’ll be headed to copper state or bass pro. Used to come here all the time. This is not how to do business or treat customers. Get some customer service skills or put up a, we are temporarily closed sign. Do better.
