Our family has known Chris Karas for over 14 years. Chris has represented us in the purchase three homes and the sale of two homes, since relocating to Arizona from Minnesota. We first met Chris when we attended an Open House where he was personally greeting and showing the home to prospective buyers. At the time, we did not have or know any realtors in Arizona. We were driving around to familiarize ourselves with the area and stopped in. Our second home, wanting to downsize, was in the Biltmore Hillside Estates, a little older home, but nonetheless stunning. Again, it was location, views, and resale value that led to our decision. We knew this home was going to be a “stop-over” purchase until we found the area to build our dream home, post retirement. For our current home, Chris suggested we look at the White Horse Community in North Scottsdale. We could do a new build, we would be close to several top notch golf courses in the area, and there was value in the community. Chris was right on….again! We could not be happier with the location and community. In all of our transactions, we found Chris to be a great listener and patient throughout the process. Chris would always ask thought provoking questions to help match certain areas and specific homes. He was never in a hurry to just get a transaction done. We are delighted to have worked with Chris for the past 14 years and look forward to utilizing his expertise in the future. We done!
