The Orchard Indoor Pickleball Club

I had never played pickle ball before and the beginner classes were super-fun. Our instructor eased us into the sport with short instructions, demonstrating the task and immediate implementation by having the group try it for themselves. Step by step. The atmosphere was very laid back and nobody took anything too seriously. It was a really fun time!

We hosted a networking event here and it was the perfect thing! Amy was incredible to work with. Totally on the ball and extremely responsive via text. We rented the courts for a couple hours and included a coffee and pastry for everyone from their attached coffee shop (totally cute and very good drinks). Super fun and very organized. All we had to do was show up and enjoy!

As an avid and passionate pickleball player I’d seen some high level play at The Orchard but never set foot on the courts. I decided to host a welcome event for my group of 50 people (~35 players). The mix of play, drinks, fun, music and lights made the event a big hit. Whether veteran player or not, the team structured and event to meet all where they were at and keep things light and friendly. Heartily recommend and can’t wait to play here again.

Great place to play and right next to a great coffee shop. The courts were easy to book, clean and provided everything you need to play. We just showed up and had a ton of fun.

My wife and i celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary with 10 of our friends at The Orchard this year. We reserved the venue for 3 hours and had a fantastic time! It was so amazing to be able to play on the same courts where the Arizona Pickleball League played the previous two seasons. We’re big fans of the APL, Tuesday Night Pickleball, and all of the great players. Amy Ricciardi was absolutely wonderful in helping us set up the private venue rental, and she even arranged for a special surprise guest for us: The Orchard Security Guy! That was such a special treat and he even stuck around to take pictures with us. He was such a nice guy. We were also lucky enough to catch a glimpse of The DJ when he showed up to play pickleball with fiends at the end of our session. I can’t say enough great things about these friendly people and The Orchard. If you haven’t watched Season 1 or 2 of the Arizona PB League, i urge you to do so. We also just finished watching Breaking Pickleball on Amazon Prime, and it immediately brought back great memories of our time at The Orchard, and it was so great to learn about how it all got started. The documentary is extremely well done and so fun to watch. We can’t wait to go back to The Orchard and we hope we’ll be lucky enough to be able to watch a season 3 game at court-side.
