The Titan Missile Museum is one of the most fascinating and well‑run historic sites I’ve ever visited. The staff and volunteers bring the Cold War era to life with incredible knowledge, professionalism, and passion. Walking through an actual Titan II missile silo, standing in the control room, and hearing the stories behind the technology gives you a whole new appreciation for the people who served here. The tour is engaging from start to finish — detailed without ever feeling overwhelming — and the facility is preserved beautifully. It’s rare to find a museum that blends history, engineering, and storytelling this well. If you’re anywhere near southern Arizona, make time for this experience. It’s unforgettable.

This was an amazing visit! We loved the tour! Super informational and very easy to follow along! Going down into the actual silo was awesome! Our tour guide did a great job of explaining everything. You get time after the underground tour to look at the above ground stuff as well. There’s a little gift shop attached as well.

This is a very unique experience that you won’t find anywhere else. The tour was great and informative. I only wish we could have seen the sleeping area also. Get your tickets well in advance!

Hands down one of the coolest museums I’ve ever been to. Going underground to see the launch control center and the missile itself is a bucket-list experience. A huge shout-out to our guide, Celeste, who was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and she made the tour 10 times better with her great storytelling and insights. If you book a tour, definitely hope you get her. A hidden gem in Arizona!

This is a fascinating place to visit! Outside you can see a life size cone, the various fueling tanks, etc The middle silo cover is half open and the other half has a clear covering so you can see down into the missile and missile silo. The tour inside takes you down to the missile command center where they do a simulated launch. You can also walk the enclosed access corridor to be within a few feet of the missile and see it thru a couple glass windows. Our guide was Steve, he was very knowledgeable of the operation and gave great explanations of the process and answered all questions. HIGHLY recommended this museum!! Be sure to buy tickets in advance.
