Hoa dues are way too high. / hoa enforcement uses exaggerations & humiliation beyond the tpr rules- often times being disrespectful to home owners- often going beyond the rules to demand perceived /personal opinions of compliance officer. not based on specific tpr documented rules.

Very nice course in good condition. Very challenging for a high handicapper like me, but it was a good outing. The layout is within homes, but they are not too close except for a few holes. You will be punished for errant shots here, but whoever said golf was easy. Staff was helpful and it has a real resort feel and level of service. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to live. Friendly community. We have been here 21 years and it is as beautiful as it was when we built our home. Pools, tennis, pickleball, bocci ball, crafting, entertainment, all kinds of activities. Up to date. Great location.
