Had a full bag fitting with Eric O’Brien this morning at the Phoenix location which is on the range of Raven Golf Club. Eric walked me through everything and what all the numbers we were looking for and at the end of the day nothing I hit drastically jumped out compared to what I typically hit. So, while I did not walk away buying new clubs, it was great peace of mind to know my current setup is working well. It was an awesome experience and would highly recommend everyone do it!

I booked a driver fitting at True Spec in Phoenix location (Raven Golf Club range) because I prefer seeing the actual ball flight. My goal was to get an equipment that works best for my swing. I am writing this review because I had one of the best customer service experience from Eric O'Brien and I wanted to make sure I spread the news. I went in with expectation that I'd end up paying premium for a driver that will solve all my problems on the tee box. Eric was very professional and made me feel at ease from the start. After about 8 drives, he showed me the numbers and pinpointed several issues -- angle of attack and swing path. He explained how the angle of attack causes me to lose a lot of distance. Then, he gave me some pointers to correct the issue and again, made me feel at ease to ensure I only focused on hitting the ball and not worry about someone watching me swing. A few drives later, the angle of attack and path improved. The ball flight was high and long! My swing speed even went up! Eric confirmed that the driver head and shaft I have are good for me and the best option is to continue to work on the two items he mentioned using my current equipment. He didn't sell me anything and that says a lot! He is there to help customers and not just sell to make commission. Now I can trust my driver when I step on the tee box knowing it's the right one for me. I am definitely a loyal True Spec customer now and I've already shared this experience and Eric's contact info with my golf buddies. Customer service like this is priceless!! I highly recommend True Spec and Eric O'Brien for a world class club fitting and excellent customer service.

Got fitted with Eric H. At the Raven Club location this time. Been fit with true spec a few times but first time with Eric at Raven Club. Absolutely loved that the fitting takes place on grass. A must if you are doing wedge or iron fitting! Eric was very knowledgeable and make quick work of analyzing my stock shots and had a good shaft and head combo figured out for me. We still went through the entire process of trying different heads and shaft combo but ended up being one of his initial choices we went with, which speaks to his knowledge. 100% still think True Spec is the best golf fitting out there and well worth every penny no matter which location you go to.

Alex was great and super knowledgeable. The variety of clubs, combos of shafts and data points is super impressive. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait for my new clubs!
