Had an amazing fitting experience at True Spec! Alex was incredibly thorough, making sure we tested everything until I found the perfect clubs. His knowledge and attention to detail made the process so much fun. I couldn’t be more excited to get my new clubs and see the difference they make on the course. Had a full bag fitting with Eric O’Brien this morning at the Phoenix location which is on the range of Raven Golf Club. Eric walked me through everything and what all the numbers we were looking for and at the end of the day nothing I hit drastically jumped out compared to what I typically hit. So, while I did not walk away buying new clubs, it was great peace of mind to know my current setup is working well. It was an awesome experience and would highly recommend everyone do it!

I booked a driver fitting at True Spec in Phoenix location (Raven Golf Club range) because I prefer seeing the actual ball flight. My goal was to get an equipment that works best for my swing. I am writing this review because I had one of the best customer service experience from Eric O'Brien and I wanted to make sure I spread the news. I went in with expectation that I'd end up paying premium for a driver that will solve all my problems on the tee box. Eric was very professional and made me feel at ease from the start. After about 8 drives, he showed me the numbers and pinpointed several issues -- angle of attack and swing path. He explained how the angle of attack causes me to lose a lot of distance. Then, he gave me some pointers to correct the issue and again, made me feel at ease to ensure I only focused on hitting the ball and not worry about someone watching me swing. A few drives later, the angle of attack and path improved. The ball flight was high and long! My swing speed even went up! Eric confirmed that the driver head and shaft I have are good for me and the best option is to continue to work on the two items he mentioned using my current equipment. He didn't sell me anything and that says a lot! He is there to help customers and not just sell to make commission. Now I can trust my driver when I step on the tee box knowing it's the right one for me. I am definitely a loyal True Spec customer now and I've already shared this experience and Eric's contact info with my golf buddies. Customer service like this is priceless!! I highly recommend True Spec and Eric O'Brien for a world class club fitting and excellent customer service.

The fitting session was helpful, but recurring wifi problems with the ball tracking screen made the fitting longer, with many repeated swings because no info had been obtained from the initial swings. Also, the "full bag" fitting did not include wedges or putter.
