I had a mixed experience here. My older kids had a decent program here in the summer camp the first two summers. In other words, they actually did the camp as should be, focused on swimming and projects. That's where the good ends. This last year, on the first day, I picked up my kids and two of them looked like they had been left out in the sun for hours. I later was told that they were in the "Gaga pit" without tents because the counselors decided to cancel swimming because a couple of other kids forgot their swim clothes. I was honestly worried for heat exhaustion and informed the lead. That was only the beginning. I had also enrolled my younger ones so they could improve their swimming skills- spoiler, that didn't happen. Then started the multiple calls right after drop off to pick up my kid because of this and that to the point where it was hard to actually get work done. And, it was for things they should be able to counsel. Thr root cause of the poor management was inexperienced camp counselors. In dissecting the issue, it seemed there was lack of proper training (they follow a templates handbook and have an over reliance on DDD (DDD is limited by income and hard diagnoses; so, you have to be handicapped (autistic is an example) and/or low income to get the extra person with your kid all day or you pay to get someone assigned if you don't get DDD). In short, I would not recommend the summer program due to my last summer's experience because you pay a ton of money and never know what kind of summer you're in for. This becomes crucial if you are trying to maintain a job with strict attendance. Think twice before signing up for multiple weeks. Programs fill up early but getting bad childcare won't help you either. I will not add more information because of privacy reasons. Also, please don't bother responding. This is just my honest experience to help others.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Great program called JPlay we are in plus we love using the splash pad and indoor play space. Also can't say enough amazing things about staff like fitness instructor Emily and JPlay teachers.

Overall please with my experience. My children attend middle school aftercare program and seem to like it. My only complaint is the gym hours could be extended. The Jacuzzi needs a good sanitation and needs to be a lot hotter. The sauna should be much more hot in temperature. The steam room needs to be sanitized and rules need to be enforced. People need to shower and not wear stinky gym clothes into the steam room And believe that for the cost of the membership these changes should be easy to fix.

Great place for the pool, the gym, child care, classes, and events. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. :-)
