Tucson Park and Sell RV

Bought our first toy hauler from these guys! Jesse, Jerry and Dillon are amazing! They gave us the family treatment and it was greatly appreciated. My kids even had fun each time we came! They walked us through all the different options, taking the time to actually explain the pros and cons of each. Not just trying to get the sell and no pressure. These guys will legitimately take care of you.

We recently sold my mother-in-law's customized Sprinter van with Jesse at Tucson Park & Sell. They were terrific at our initial meeting walking her through the process and all the paperwork and making everything simple and easy to follow. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and communication we got once we dropped the van off to be listed for sale. They went the extra mile to spruce up the van to enhance the curb appeal, as well as diligently negotiating with prospective buyers, showing it off to customers, and handling all the sale logistics to include the listing and final sale paperwork. All we had to do was pick up the check. More than anything, this is a super friendly and dedicated family run operation that really cares about all their sellers and buyers and does everything they can to make it feel like home when you visit their office. This family owned business is so honest & down to earth! A super nice lady named Cindy was SO helpful! I was blown away with how knowledgeable she was!! We recently purchased our 1st camping trailer from this company. It was an incredible experience with them! Jesse and Dillon (the owners) treated us with respect and kindness, not just as another sale. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail. Their commitment to ensuring we was satisfied throughout the process was remarkable! Shout out to Devin who made the walk- through inspection very smoothly and answered all our questions. Their willingness to assist us has made us feel so confident in our purchase. Highly recommend!

I would leave six stars if possible! From the first contact, Jesse was outstanding in answering all of my questions. We spoke on the phone and texted numerous times because I live 2 hours away. He was professional, polite, patient, and explained everything extremely thoroughly. Dillon showed me around the trailer and it was in almost showroom condition. Dave was the tech who prepped the trailer and showed me very thoroughly how to use every aspect of the plumbing and heating and air conditioning. The trailer was fully charged and the propane tank was full. I asked them to fill the fresh water tank fully so I could test driving it with a heavier weight. Everything, and I mean everything was better than I could have possibly expected or hoped for. I will definitely be going back when I upgrade in a few years. These people are honest, straightforward, clearly care about what they sell and about their customers. Outstanding job, all of you!
