Tucson RV Service Center

I chose TRV based on reviews. I did not get a quote prior to service. The Zamp solar controller issued a 601 error indicating fuse blown and I could not locate fuse. I was 50 miles in Ironwold BLM. I asked for optimal meeting spot. They gave me Tuscon Convention CTR. I drove 50 miles to location figuring that would reduce milage cost. What I liked: 1. Super friendly' timely 2. Quick diagnostics and located fuse and replaced. 46 minutes. Tested everything. Good communication. 3. Very expert and professional. What left me a bit off but not costing any stars. 1. Cost. $175 for labor and $150 for milage in city for $325.00 to change my fuse. Ouch. It's my fault I did not get quote. 2. Sean broke my fuse cover inside my rig and did not inform me. Bummer. Made me sad after I discovered broken cover that I will have to replace for additional cost. But... I gave him 5 stars because I am glad he fixed my solar issue and I take responsibility for not getting a quote upfront. The broken panel again is my issue because I did not inspect or watch over his shoulder...my bad. I would use them again...but hope that I could get some price relief. Or not?

Shawn is great! Very knowledgeable and gets the job done right and in a timely manner. I recommend his services for any RV issue you may have!

Sean was great. After a tire blew we needed a lot of work done. He worked well with our insurance and got all our repairs done from axle to slide motor. We highly recommend Tucson Mobile RV Service.

I called Sean about two weeks ago and he came right out the next day to assess the grinding noise we heard from our Travel trailer. Sean found the problem straight away and had us fixed up quickly all while getting to his other jobs. I highly recommend Sean for your RV repair and maintenance needs he's a straight shooter and comes in at fair price. He is are go to RV repairman when we are in need. Remember to get your bearings re-packed each and every year!!
