We had our first deep clean and then went on the “Premium bi-Weekly” plan. The deep clean was impressive. Every other week, the team would come and do an average job. I shared my feedback with James, the owner, and he was always receptive and took steps to make us happy. After 10 visits and many issues, I decided to stop their services. After much feedback and promises from the James (the owner) who appreciated and acknowledged my constructive and valuable criticism and how my feedback had been used to help train his teams, they continued to do a substandard job. With this last cleaning, both cleaners )Jenifer and another cleaner who was new and I was not introduced to), they lied to me that they cleaned the horizontal surfaces of the main front living room after I asked them if they were done because they packed up and were heading out the door (which they always seem to rush to do). “Horizontal cleaning” is the most basic part cleaning and in my case involves simple “dusting” of all my living room furniture. Any professional cleaner would have at least double checked or not missed it in the first place. Both cleaners told me they were done. I then sent photos to James (who I had always worked with) about my dissatisfaction and let him know that I wanted to stop services because of the ongoing issues with inconsistent cleaning and leaving my house feeling no different than when they arrived. My floors have been smeared around by pads and not properly mopped, and so many things included in my paid services were ignored ) baseboard attention, glass smeared with furniture polish, missing horizontal surfaces and bases of basic furniture, and their continuance of ignoring my hallway and even using some cleaner to remove smudges on dip if my washer and dryer. Their dirty dusters just push around dust and it returns… after the first cleaning, I even offered my own vacuum because their vacuum was overfilled and smelled like musty garbage and that smell filled my house all day after they used it. After 10 bi-weekly visits and encouraging feedback from James, I expected he would’ve tried again to make it right by returning someone to my home to finish dusting the living room furniture (evidenced by pictures taken with dust and my finger marks). He acknowledged the dust and furniture was missed and didn’t offer any resolution this time. I expressed my dissatisfaction again, mainly because I paid for a premium bi-weekly cleaning and once again got a “clean” that was FAR LESS THAN “PREMIUM”. After my message to James hoping he would rectify, he ghosted me completely. I have moved forward with finding new cleaners. I hope this has been constructive to the company, the cleaners, and to any potential customers. Also, current customers should chime in with their experiences, and if they have high expectations. With ever visit the cleaners would beg for a 5-star google rating because the owner would buy them lunch. But quite honestly, I don’t give 5-stars unless someone proves to be superior. Without pressure to give 5-stars it’s my guess most customers would agree that their home never smells fresher or is much cleaner after a Two Maids of Tempe cleaning. I already found new cleaners who will understood my concerns and have even heard of the same reputation of Two Maids of Tempe. They say I was over charged and I have hired them. All I need to be happy is a complete job and a fresher more sanitized home. Two Maids of Tempe and whichever 2 cleaners they would send to us (and the team changed just about every cleaning), could not provide that. I don’t normally complain on an online forum, but inferior work and ultimately being ghosted by the owner is unfortunate and I want others to know about our experiences, and not just see the 5-star ratings that employees ask for so they can get special treatment (lunch) from their boss. If you hire and expect better, don’t give to many chances because it probably won’t get better.

The initial booking experience with Two Maids was excellent. The representative was both professional and relatable, displaying patience and a genuine concern for my cleaning needs rather than rushing to provide a quote. Initially, I considered canceling due to falling behind in clearing my move-out space, but I'm glad I didn't. The ladies who handled the cleaning were kind, efficient, and accommodated my specific needs. They significantly reduced the stress of my moving-out tasks. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

We have been having them clean for us for almost a year now. Every now and then there are some small issues, but they always come back and make it right. We particularly like Amanda. She always does a great job. Our last clean was with Amanda and Alexis and was great. No issues and they went above and beyond with small things like bringing the recycling bin in from the curb. Having reasonably priced cleaners has been amazing for our house. We are able to spend more time focused on our kids and family life. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone to help!

I'm extremely picky about how clean I like my house and Two Maids exceeded my expectations. The team that came to my house, Allexis and Mari, were polite and communicative. When I was first connected with James and his team, there was a mix up with scheduling that James solved right away. I've already sent their contact info to other folks in my area that are looking for cleaners.

10/8/2025 Update: Great team, great work: Amanda & Mailee! 8/5/25 Update: Another great cleaning done by Charlee & Mari!!! Great job, ladies! Two Maids is consistently thorough and always does a great job with house cleaning. Today, Charlee and Mari did an incredible job as I was working (but never interrupted) and even with my new kitten, who is four months old. Great job!
