I’ll give credit where it’s due: this facility is gorgeous. It’s clean, modern, and looks brand new. But you can't pay rent with shiny floors. ​I walked in at 9:10 AM on a Sunday with an online order, but I had to cancel it at the counter because I’d confused the mirror sets with standard boxes. Honestly, that mix-up was a blessing in disguise because it showed me how this place really operates. I realized that even if I had kept the online order, I still would have had to walk the floor and pick the items off the shelf myself. What is the point of ordering ahead if it’s still 100% DIY? ​Jane at the front desk was great—she handled the cancellation and the new sale efficiently. But while I was dropping over $100 on supplies, two other employees were just standing there, holding up the wall. ​So there I am, gathering my own order, struggling with a hundred bucks worth of boxes and packing gear, and neither of the two statues nearby offered a cart or a hand. Sure, the doors are automatic, so I didn't need a doorman, but I definitely could have used help getting a bulk order to my car. ​If I'm doing all the heavy lifting and stock-picking myself, I wouldn't expect to see staff standing around watching me do it. This place has all the gear but none of the hustle. Go for the inventory, look for Janet, and expect the rest of the crew to be about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

I came here for propane and the service was quick and easy and they were able to process the credit card at the propane dispense place instead of me having to walk back in. Isaiah E did an amazing job. He has great customer service and served me with a smile on his face. They were also able to send me an electronic receipt which made the process quick and efficient. Natalie Packwood is the manager and she runs this thing like a tight ship and does an amazing job.

The Facility Office personnel, Scott, has been the most accommodating and CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE agent who ALWAYS puts his clients needs before his own personal needs to EXCEED his clients expectations that is strictly focused on what is the BEST solution, FINANCIALLY to accommodate their needs by listening carefully how HE can HELP make a very stressful move into the best pleasant experience he can while exceeding STORQUEST'S EXPECTATIONS profitability and reputation in their industry! Everyone LOVES SCOTT and he LOVES THEM back! Scott deserves UNMATCHED KUDOS and could run his own facility by himself hands!!! I would follow SCOTT to another facility with no reservations just because of his time management skills, professionalism, and most of all customer service oriented attitude!! SCOTT IS THE BEST IN HIS INDUSTRY!!!

When I returned the trailer in Arizona, Jane was extremely helpful, polite, and wonderful to work with. She made the process smooth and easy, and her cooperation truly stood out. I really appreciate U-Haul for hiring such efficient and professional people who genuinely make moving easier for customers. Jane was kind, respectful, and very pleasant throughout the entire interaction. She truly represents U-Haul in the best way. Thank you!

I utilized the self check in reservation feature and it was smooth! I must say I was impressed on how the truck was parked right in the front the exit and waiting for me with the keys ready in the truck. I was also greeted by Egardo who was kind and friendly and offered to help with anything i have needed. No issues with truck and my move went smooth! Dope spot.
