U-Haul Storage Phoenix

One of the workers made a fool of me and gave me a trailer hitch kit without the bolts or anything needed to install it, which I found to be in very bad taste. I’m so disappointed and upset because they made me waste my time and energy disassembling my car, only to realize in the end that I didn’t even have the parts because they hadn’t given them to me. I don't know if it was supposed to be some kind of joke, but I’m extremely upset with this store, and on top of that, they have a very bad attitude when dealing with customers.

There is definitely new management. Dear new manager. Stop hiring people with a pulse! actually hire some employees with people skills.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took 45 minutes just to pick up a trailer, the girl at the front refused to manually enter the card information, and to top it all off the guy taking the trailer off of our car was extremely rude and didn’t speak whatsoever. *young curly haired guy tried to be helpful despite coworkers not listening.

It was a very quick, pleasant and painless visit. I was assisted by Mr. Jimmy who was very professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced. He offered advice genuinely and we did not feel like we were being upsold on any products and/or services. It felt more as if we were dealing with a family member than an employee. The entire process took about 10 minutes. The entire crew of staff were upbeat, friendly and welcoming! With moving already being a stressful and draining experience, the staff at this U-Haul started our day with smiles and laughter and Mr. Jimmy's advice cut hours off of our moving time. We moved a 4 bedroom house in under 6 hours and with less mileage used! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a U-Haul truck and/or for storage needs. They are AMAZING!
