Gerald was great, Strong desire to please. Overall, good experience, Only two problems were due to my poor packing. There was a bit of a disconnect between Mike and Gerald about the delivery process, but we were able to work through it. Of note, i Asked Gerald to put down carpet protectors in areas that they would be working, As I had the carpet recently professionally cleaned. I had a showing the next day. This was not done, so after they left that day I had to hire Professional cleaners to clean up The mild spots that were left From their shoes.

I highly recommend North American Van lines and Beltmann group in Phoenix AZ. We were doing a cross country move and after contacting two other moving companies ultimately went with North American. The estimator that came out did a fantastic job and the entire group, from start to finish, was great to work with. Great communication witj questions and any changes I needed made. They were on schedule if not early! We moved a five bedroom home, including a motorcycle and did not have any items damaged or missing. Highly recommend!

I requested a quote from North American/Beltmann, and Mike Shroeder came out to give us one. He was friendly, open, thorough, and most importantly honest. Even though it was not the lowest quote we received, I was convinced there would be no bad surprises. But before our move date arrived, plans changed, so they never actually moved us. But I liked Mike so well that I'm recommending them anyway.

I recently used North American Van Lines for a cross-country move, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike, the assessor who came to my home, was extremely helpful in providing an accurate estimate and sharing plenty of packing tips. He stayed very responsive leading up to the move, and my coordinator, Angie, was just as amazing. Patient with all my first-time-mover questions and always quick to help. The crew arrived right on time to load the truck and delivered everything on the very first day of my delivery window. Communication was great throughout, even from the driver who kept me updated with ETAs. Out of everything we moved, the only damage was a single glass and a plastic bin, both easily replaced and covered by insurance. Not a single item was lost, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. One tip I’d share with others: if you have light-colored or upholstered furniture, I recommend wrapping it yourself beforehand to avoid dirt during transit. I wasn’t aware of that, but it’s part of moving and didn’t take away from the overall quality of service. Overall, North American Van Lines delivered an outstanding moving experience. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a big move.

Where do I begin? This was probably one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had (and I’ve moved many times). First the agent came to my house to estimate when and what was to be moved. When I gave him my dates he immediately told me those were expensive times to move. Anyway he gave me a price and I agreed to it and signed his contract and he left. An hour later he sent me a text letting me know he was raising the price $550 because they would have to store the furniture for a few days before leaving AZ. One piece of furniture was a beautiful 8 foot mahogany antique armoire originally belonging to my wife’s grandmother and easily worth $4000.00 or more. It has to be disassembled to move. The agent charged a disassembly and reassembly fee total of $170.00. The movers show up and don’t bring any tools for breaking down table legs, bed frames or the Armoire. The lead mover (driver) no asks me for a ride to Ace Hardware so he can purchase tools. During that time the other two morons load the armoire onto a dolly and proceed to load the piece on their truck without disassembly. It appeared to me these guys were in a big hurry to finish the job for whatever reason. The once beautiful armoire arrived to my new residence broken. It was finally disassembled when it arrived to the final warehouse destination in Tulsa. In between this time all of my belongings had been transferred twice into different trailers. On the delivery side my furniture was to arrive on a Friday but was delayed until Saturday at 10 AM due to a personal problem with the driver. They finally show up at 12:30 PM on Saturday. Two very thin gruffy looking guys (just two) show up to unload 14,000.00 lbs of boxes and heavy furniture. They had to transfer the furniture into a UHaul truck which took two loads. Needless to say they did not get done by end of day on Saturday. They arrived again on Sunday with the second load to finish up. They reassembled the armoire minus the broken pieces. I would never recommend North American Van Lines. They don’t take good care of your belongings and are not customer oriented. I can’t even give them a single star.
