Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Chandler

Absolute crap my daughter went to have her air-conditioning serviced on her 2013 Honda they didn’t check anything other than tell her that her AC needed Service which she already knew she had it serviced. They didn’t even test drive it or test it to see if it worked before she left and it’s still not working and she’s out $193. There’s no way to get a hold of them directly I would definitely not recommend them at all very poor Customer Service very un knowledgeable, mechanics and absolute rip off!

Got a $25 coupon in the mail so thought I'd give this place a try. Oil change went fine, but tire rotation turned into a nightmare. After being told it'd be about 15min my car was on the lift for over an hour. Apparently they got a lug nut jammed in their impact wrench, couldn't get it out and needed to order me a new one from Autozone. Eventually they got the lug nut back on, but said they couldn't complete the tire rotation. For my trouble (2ish hours) they gave me $30 off my oil change. When I mentioned I already had a $25 coupon they said, 'well, we'll give you $30'...so really only $5 for my trouble. On top of that the alignment seems off now, so I'm probably looking at a $200 bill from a legitimate service center for rotation and alignment. This place will not save you time or money. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Valvoline is quick and they do a great job of checking everything. I called a couple of places but they all closed early. I needed an oil change before going out of town and they were open until 7 and got be in and out in under 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend you choosing Valvoline!

You guys need to train your employees better & not talk crap about customers pulling in to a lane an hour before closing… employee Mar didn’t see I already had my window down & said & I quote said “you waited all damn day to come get your oil changed right now” without seeing my window down… super unprofessional won’t be back due to the amount of unprofessionalism I witnessed here today

Destiny, Josiah, and Mar did a great job on our vehicle! They were quick and professional, they kept us informed as they worked. We really enjoyed watching the job. See y’all soon!!
