Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Chandler

Update: Went home and went back to my vehicle and noticed oil leaking from my oil filter housing. Lost significant amount of oil from the engine. Couldn’t make it back to Valvoline to fix the issue and ended up taking it to a local oil change place. I will not be going back to the Valvoline for any future services. Ended up having to add another quart to engine oil. First time going to Valvoline for an oil change. Normally do my own oil change, but didn’t have time today. 10/10 great first experience. The staff were super nice and the place was clean. Was in and out of the place within 15min maybe less. Will definitely come back again.

If I could give negative stars I would. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. After sending my car to a different shop to be fixed, they refused to pay the bill and I was without a car for TWO DAYS. They actually had the shops phone number BLOCKED. What was supposed to be a 15 minute oil change turned into a nightmare for me, and valvoline did absolutely nothing to help. The guys at AAMCO service center were great though!

I went for an oil change and there was no wait I was in and out in less than 15 minutes total. The oil change itself took 11 minutes. The manager Alison was so cool and wasn’t being pushy with selling upgrades. Will definitely be coming back for oil changes!

Devion was really good and precise with his oil change, he went above and beyond to see if the oil specs were correct for my car. the protocol there felt like I was an F1 driver 😂 11/10 I’ll be back

What a great experience. The prices were reasonable, there was a selection of oil quality, and the service was exceptional….. All of 20 minutes and a great big thank you for choosing us when I left…
