Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Phoenix

I drive over 25 miles for this location. The techs here are friendly and hard-working. Management is knowledgeable, helpful, and always seems to be in a good mood. The prices are very fair, and actually beat many other places I’ve contacted for quotes. Best part is they’re able to provide a transmission fluid replacement on my 2012 vehicle with no dipstick 😭

Overall, a really solid experience at Valvoline. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services — that alone goes a long way. My only complaint was about the lane process. I was directed into a specific lane, but a few customers who arrived after me and were guided to other lanes ended up being serviced before I was. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, the service itself was smooth and well done. I’d still come back.

Had a great experience at Valvoline and wanted to give credit where it’s due. Mick was absolutely top-notch — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He walked me through everything, didn’t try to upsell nonsense, and made sure I understood what was being done and why. You can tell he runs a tight operation and sets the tone for the whole team. Big shoutout as well to Sam and Juan Carlos. Both were friendly, efficient, and worked seamlessly together. The whole crew moved with purpose, communicated clearly, and made the process quick without making it feel rushed. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, transparency, and genuine customer service this well. Props to Mick especially, but the entire team delivered. I’ll definitely be back.
